In a rematch of a spirited draw that took place on March 14, Tyrone Luckey (6-4-2, 5 KO) de Middletown, NJ will fight Jose Ortiz (3-2-2, 1 KO) de Jersey City, NJ.

In a four round bout, Hakim Bryant (3-0, 2 KO) de Asbury Park, NJ assumirá um oponente a ser nomeado em um ataque Middleweight.
