Chester, PA (September 28, 2016)–Ongeslagen junior weltergewicht David “TwoGunz” Gonzales is looking for a big effort this vrijdag nacht when he takes on the tested Samuel Seah in an eight-round bout that will headline a 9-fight card at Harrahs Philadelphia.

The show is promoted by King;s Promotions.

Gonzales van Philadelphia heeft een record van 8-0-2 met twee knockouts. De 26 year-old ha won three in a row since stepping up his level of competition.

“Training ha been great. I been on weight since five days before the fight. Ik voel me sterk, and I am ready for a big win on Friday,” Said Gonzalez.

This won’t be the first time that Gonzales and Teah have shared a ring, so Gonzales has a little scouting report on his opponent.

“I sparred with him once and he is a pretty skillful guy. He is from Philly, so I know he has heart but he is not on my level. The sparring session was about 6 rondes. I haven’t watched any tape on him, but I know the only way he can win is if he is in better shape and I know that’s not possible because I am great shape. I am also naturally bigger, so I think that will be a factor.”

This is another “Philly vs. Philly” matchup, which is always special to the fans in attendance.

“We are both from Philly. People look forward to seeing these matchups and especially this early in our careers, but I am the one that will have my hands raised.”

Ja, who has had a couple fights and wins on national television, so Gonzales knows a win will put him on the map in the junior welterweight division.

“He is known in Philly and he had a big win over (previously undefeated” O'Shaquie Foster. I will show that I am on that level and this will start getting me higher profile fights.”

Wesley Triplett (4-1, 2 KO's) zal op zich te nemen Randy Easton (3-9-2, 3 KO's) van Sunbury, PA in a heavyweight tilt.

Roberto Irizarry (3-1-1) van Cherry Hill, NJ zal op zich te nemen Jules Blackwell (8-6-2, 3 KO's) van Phoenixville, PA in a featherweight bout.

The weigh in will take place at Harrah’s Casino 2nd Floor at 6 PM Donderdag.
