In the main event and a rematch, Sergei Morozov (16-4), Kasahstani, fended off American challengerJosh “The Finisher” Rettinghouse (16-5), winning a five-round unanimous decision to successfully defend his M-1 Challenge bantamweight title.
Morozov won his fifth straight and sixth fight in his last seven since his original match and loss to Rettinghouse. Morozov captured the M-1 Challenge bantamweight title last June atM-1 Challenge 102, also held in Nur-Sultan, when he stopped previously unbeatenAlexander Osetrov neljandas voorus.

SHENZHEN, Hiina (August 4, 2019) – Canadian mixed-martial arts fighter Chris Kelades became the M-1 Challenge Interim flyweight champion by taking a decision from Alexander Pletenko last night at WKG and M-1 Challenge 103 in Shenzhen, Hiina.
M-1 Challenge “regular” flyweight championAlexander Doskalchuk was supposed to defend his title atM-1 Challenge 103 against Kelades, aga, the champ suffered an injury that forced Doskalchuk to withdraw.
Pletenko versus Kelades was a rematch of a fight back in June, 2018, in which Pletenko won a decision atM-1 Challenge 93. Pletenko, aga, came in overweight and he was ineligible to win the title.
This true International MMA event included 20 professional fighters from 10 different countries: Venemaa, Hiina, USA, Brasiilia, Ukraina, Kanada, Aserbaidžaan, Rootsi, Georgia and Germany.
The judges were busy all night as eight of the 10 fights went the complete distance.

CHELYABINSK, Venemaa (November 5, 2018) — Fists were flying last Friday night at M-1 Challenge 98 as ten of 12 fights ended prematurely, eight by way of knockout punches and two submissions, highlighted by Brazilian mixed-martial-arts veteran Bruno Blindado Silva‘s title-winning stoppage of previously undefeated M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Artem Frolov, Tšeljabinsk, Venemaa.
Silva (19-6-0) has taken M-1 Global by storm. He became the top middleweight contender by knocking out Russian MMA star Alexander Shlemenko (56-11-1) in the opening round of M-1 Challenge 93 last June. With his fourth-round knockout by punches of another Russian, Frolov (11-1-0), the power-punching Silva has how stopped 16 tema 19 defeated opponents during his outstanding pro career.
