Santa Monica, Calif. (Maj 4, 2015) – Bellator MMA officials are proud to announce that they have signed MMA fan-favorite Melvin “The Young Assassin” Guillard (32-14-2) to a multi-year, multi-kamp kontrakt.

 

A debut date and opponent will be announced for Guillard in the near future.

 

På kun 32 år, "The Young Assassin" har samlet 50 professionelle anfald i en karriere, der daterer sig tilbage til 2002. Med 21 sejre kommer med KO, Guillard har genereret en stor fanskare med sin spændende kampstil.

 

Født i New Orleans, the knockout artist has honed his skills at some of the top MMA gyms in the world including Jackson’s MMA, Blackzilians, Grudge Training Center og amerikanske Top Team, hvor han i øjeblikket træner. I løbet af sin 22-kamp tørn med Ultimate Fighting Championship, Guillard brød MMA stor BJ Penn rekord for de fleste KO er i letvægts division med otte, an accolade which he still holds to this day.
