NEW YORK (March 20, 2019) – International boxing referee Arthur Mercante, Refresh. will join his father, bofelong ba Arthur Mercante, Katha., in the New York State Boxing Hall of Fame (NYSBHOF) to become the first father-son inducted into the NYSBHOF.
