NEW YORK (Mac 20, 2019) – International boxing referee Arthur Mercante, Jr. will join his father, Allahyarham Arthur Mercante, Sr., in the New York State Boxing Hall of Fame (NYSBHOF) to become the first father-son inducted into the NYSBHOF.
