Sampson Lewkowicz proudly announces that budding superstar, and WBC World Super Middleweight Champion, David “Le drapeau rouge / Red Flag” Benavidez has renewed his exclusive Sampson Boxing promotional agreement.
20-year-old Benavidez (19-0, 17 KOs), became the youngest super middleweight world champion in boxing history by winning a split decision over Romania’s Ronald Gavril last September. The Phoenix-based slugger says he’s happy to continue his promotional relationship with Lewkowicz.
“Sampson is a great promoter and he’s done a lot for me,” Ledit Benavidez. “He’s always treated me and my team with respect and I was eager to re-sign with him. I can’t wait to defend my title against the best and become the great fighter I am with Sampson on my team.”
Père, co-manager and trainer Jose Benavidez says signing with Sampson was an easy decision for Team Benavidez.
“We are all really happy and excited,” il dit. “We started with Sampson and he’s done a tremendous job. We are super satisfied with what he’s done and where we are at. We didn’t even think twice about it. I think when this contract ends, we’ll sign another one with him.”

“It’s very important to stay active in boxing, because in this sport, its all about that live action. Fighting with no headgear and smaller gloves is a big difference as opposed to sparring. The more fights I can get under my belt, the better I’ll be when I hit the big stage.”
On fighting in Atlanta, Georgia for the first time…
“Atlanta is a major city and I’m going to give the fans in attendance a fight they’ll remember for years to come. Fighting in the South is a great opportunity to expand the Devin Haney Promotions brand. I want to fight in as many big cities as possible.”
On the state of the super-lightweight division…
“The super-lightweight division is stacked with a lot of great fighters. Terrance Crawfordsits atop the division, et pour moi, he’s one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. I’m on my way up and I’m confident in my ability to become a world champion. I’ve been in the ring with Floyd Mayweather, Shawn Porter and a lot of other great fighters, so my confidence is extremely high. I’m gunning for everyone in the division. I know I can get down with the best of them.”

SAINT CHARLES, COMME (Octobre 2, 2017) – Sports scientist, Victor Conte, reveals in detail, why he believes undefeated heavyweight contender, Luis Ortiz (27-0, 23 KOs), is innocent in regards to his recent positive drug test. Nutley, New Jersey (Septembre 21, 2017)–Vito Mielnicki’s GH3 Promotions is gearing up for a busy fall schedule.
Middleweight Antoine Douglas (22-1-1, 16 KO) has won three in a row since his lone defeat, and that has catapulted him to world rankings of number-8 by the WBC, Number-9 by the WBA and Number-8 by the WBO. Douglas will be back in action on11 novembre à Atlanta.
Undefeated Super Middleweight Ronald Ellis (14-0-1, 10 KOs) will meet Taneal Goyco on 4 novembre à Springfield, Virginie.
Super Bantamweight Adam Lopez (16-1-2, 8 KOs) aura lieu le 18 novembre, and will be announced in the next week.
Newly signed lightweight Thomas Mattice (9-0, 7 KO) will make his GH3 Promotions debut on 11 novembre in Atlanta on the same card as Douglas.
