Recently entering the WBA’s Top 10 Rankings, invicto Abraham Nova (14-0, 10 Kos) will make his highly anticipated 2019 debut under the Murphys Boxing banner. Nova’s opponent, Argentinian prospect Mario Ezequiel Sayal Lozano (18-2-1, 9 Kos), will be the 12th fighter in the past two years to try and take the “O” from the current NABA Super Featherweight Champion.


Entering the ring for the second time this year, JR. NABF Super Featherweight Champion,William Foster III (9-0, 6 Kos) enfrontarase Ramon Esperanza (22-15-1, 11 Kos) in an 8 ataque rolda. Foster’s rare ability to combine both power and speed has led him to become one of New England’s most talked about prospects.


In an 8 ataque de medios rolda, power punching prospect Carlos Gongora (15-0, 12 Kos) will take on Argentina’s Damien Ezequiel Bonelli (23-6, 20 Kos). Gongora, a former Olympian from Ecuador, gañou o WBC South American Middleweight Title in February after defeating Jesus Aviles.

Representing the Boston area, James Perella (2-0, 2 Kos) will look for his third consecutive knockout in a 4 round welterweight bout against an opponent to be named.


Ray Jay Bermudez (6-0, 4 Kos) who hails from nearby Albany, New York will make a quick return to the ring after a KO victory last month when he takes on an opponent to be named in a 6 round welterweight contest.


Rounding out the card will be two of Springfield’s own – power punching welterweightAnthony Velazquez (5-0, 5 Kos), who will take on an opponent to be named, e medio-medio DJ Whitley (4-1-1), who will take on the always dangerous Bryan Goldsby(5-10) in separate 4 round contests.

MIAMI (Marzo 27, 2019) – Former UFC fighter Din Thomas will be the blow-by-blow announcer for the explosive bare-knuckles fighting pay-per-view event, “BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It ALL”, on Friday night, Abril 5, live from the Cheyenne Ice & Event Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

“BYB Brawl 1: Brawl For It ALL” Is the first sanctioned-event promoted by BYB Extreme Fighting Series (BYB), bare-knuckles fighting’s most intense combat sports promoter, caracterizando 10 professional bare-knuckle fights and two mixed-martial-arts fights, all held inside the “The Trigon”, the most confrontational cage in combat sports. Two-Division World Champion Makes Whirlwind Trip that Featured Invitation to Participate in Dubai Fitness Challenge,
Meeting Khabib Nurmagomedov & máis
LAS VEGAS (Novembro 12, 2018) – Two-division boxing champion Badou Jack continued to show that he is truly a champion of the entire world as he made an exciting trip to Dubai that included an invitation to participate in the Dubai Fitness Challenge, a meeting with UFC star Khabib Nurmagomedov and much more.
With an invitation from Dubai Tourism, Jack participated in the initiative that encourages UAE nationals, residents and visitors to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, para 30 consecutive days. A public event gave Jack a chance to further spread his positive messages.
“It was such an honor to be invited to this event that was part of an unforgettable trip,” dixo Jack. “I’m very thankful to the city of Dubai for letting me talk to people about the importance of staying active. It’s important for me to be able to make an impact all over the world and this was a great opportunity.”
In addition to that invitation, Jack visited with UFC star Khabib Nurmagomedov, fresh off his victory over Conor McGregor last month. The two world champions, who both practice the Muslim faith, met for the first time and discussed a variety of topics, while also touring a local boxing/MMA gym and posing with Jack’s championship belts.
“It was an awesome experience to get to talk with another champion and competitor like Khabib,” dixo Jack. “I’m a big fan of what he’s able to do in the ring and as a fellow ambassador for the Muslim faith. It was really a fun time talking to him while we were both in Dubai.”
As part of the trip, Jack spoke with Men’s Health Middle East for an article that will run inside the magazine and detail more of the numerous endeavors Jack is currently pursuing both inside and outside of the ring. Jack’s time in Dubai also saw him invited by GQ Middle East as a special guest to the launch event ahead of their inaugural issue.
“I love taking these trips around the world to experience a variety of cultures and also continue to build my brand and give back anywhere that I can make a difference,” dixo Jack. “Whether it’s Ripper Nutrition, the Badou Jack Foundation or my boxing career, I’m proud to use my platform. I have a lot of goals and dreams in the sport of boxing, but also outside of it. Making these kinds of connections is going to aid me long past my boxing career.”

M-1 Desafío 49 still holds the single MMA event live attendance record (23,255) en Rusia
SAN PETERSBURGO, Rusia (Setembro 19, 2018) – Contrary to some media reports, o 22,603 fans at last weekend’s UFC Fight Night 136 in Moscow did not set a Russian MMA live attendance record.
M-1 Global still holds the record for the highest live attendance of an MMA event in Russia, cando 23,255 fans attended M-1 Desafío 49: Battle in the Mountains en xuño 7, 2014 na Ingusetia, which is officially registered in the Russian Book of Records.
Last weekend’s UFC debut event in Russia UFC Fight Night 136 is the second-most fans to attend a Russian MMA event.
Living legend fedor Emelianenko‘s return from retirement on November 20, 2011 en M-1 Global: Fedor vs. Monson drew 22,000 fans, dropped to third place on the all-time Russian MMA live attendance list.

SAN PETERSBURGO, Rusia (Setembro 5, 2018) – Pelexar no UFC é un soño feito realidade para o invicto campión de peso mediano M-1 Challenge Artem Frolov (11-0-0, M-1: 8-0-0), que fará o seu debut en UFC en setembro 15, loitando na UFC Moscova tarxeta no Estadio Olímpico de Moscova.

 

 

 

Frolov acordou recentemente con pouco tempo (2 semanas) para substituír feridos Omari Ashkedov contra un veterano loitador estadounidense C.B. “O Doberman” Dollaway (17-8-0).

DE: “O meu director estivo traballando para ficharme co UFC durante un tempo, pero ata os últimos días, non tiñamos un acordo sólido. Hai uns días, finalmente ofrecéronme un contrato e pediron que interviñese para substituír a un loitador ferido no UFC Moscow.

 

 

 

“Penseino ben e decidín que era unha gran oportunidade para unirme ao UFC, que non quería perderme. Non diría que este contrato foi unha sorpresa para min, a xente estivo traballando niso, así que estaba preparado.”

 

Como se sente ao asinar co UFC?

 

 

 

DE: “Estou emocionado de asinar coa mellor promoción do mundo, pero sei que a miña pelexa debut non será fácil, Vou entrar nun curto aviso só dúas semanas antes do concerto. Ía defender o meu cinto en M-1 Global nun par de meses, entón agora teño que perder peso rapidamente. O máis difícil non é só reducir o peso, pero despois para recuperarse ben. No UFC, Os IV están prohibidos e tes que ter moito coidado cos suplementos que tomas para recuperarte.”

Que forma estás para esta loita tendo en conta só dúas semanas de antelación?

 

 

 

DE: “Estaba preparándome para unha loita en M-1 Global, polo que estou en boa forma. Imos traballar na miña velocidade agora pero primeiro, Teño que reducir peso. Unha vez na miña carreira pelei nun curto prazo, Tiven tres semanas para prepararme e gañei esa loita por nocaut técnico na segunda rolda.”

 

Que sabes do teu opoñente, C.B. Dollaway?

 

 

 

DE: “Vin un par de C.B. As loitas de Dollaway en UFC, pero nunca o considerei como o meu opoñente, polo que non lle fixo demasiado caso. Hai moitos bos loitadores no UFC, polo que non podo dicir que sei moito do meu rival. Non temos tempo suficiente para concentrarnos nel, así que concentrarémonos en min.”

 

Cando cres que podes desafiar aos mellores loitadores de UFC da túa categoría de peso??

 

 

 

DE: “Non vou esixir grandes pelexas cos principais opoñentes do UFC. Tomarei o meu tempo e estarei preparado para loitar contra calquera opoñente que me dean. Necesito tempo para acostumarme ás novas condicións, afina a miña preparación, e poñer en orde todo o sistema e entón estarei preparado para calquera reto.

 

 

 

“Todo está nas nosas mans; nada é imposible. Se alguén quere algo mal, establece un obxectivo e traballa duro para logralo, el ou ela terá éxito. Só son un rapaz normal que tiña un soño de loitar no UFC e conseguín. Soña en grande, establecer obxectivos e alcanzalos!”

Artem Frolov (centro) é o campión de peso mediano M-1 Challenge

SAN PETERSBURGO, Rusia (Setembro 4, 2018) — Campión de peso mediano invicto M-1 Challenge Artem Frolov fará o seu debut no UFC, intervindo con pouco tempo para substituír aos feridos Omari Ashkedov contra a proba de batalla C.B. “O Doberman” Dollaway, Setembro 15 no UFC Moscova tarxeta no Estadio Olímpico de Moscova.

 

 

 

“Estou moi feliz por Artem,” Presidente M-1 Global Vadim Finkelchtein dito, “pero un pouco nervioso porque aceptou a pelexa en tan pouco tempo, só dúas semanas antes do quinto. Estou seguro de que volverá demostrar o seu alto nivel. Díxeno antes que Artem é o segundo peso mediano máis forte de Rusia, despois de Alexander Shlemenko, e merece este tiro. Algúns poden saber que Artem ía loitar contra Bruno Blindado Silva, que derrotou a Shlemenko, e estou feliz de dicir que esta loita ocorrerá este outono.”

 

 

 

Frolov, de 26 anos (11-0-0, M-1: 8-0-0), loitando na casa fóra de Rusia, gañou o seu cinturón de título M-1 Challenge o pasado outubro, cando gañou por decisión unánime contra Caio Magalhaes no M-1 Challenge 84. O pasado mes de xuño no M-1 Challenge 93, Frolov fixo a súa primeira defensa do título contra Joe Riggs, que sufriu unha lesión no xeonllo que provocou a paralización dun médico na segunda volta.

 

 

 

Un sólido loitador completo, Frolov gañou 5 loita por parada, xunto con catro vitorias de submisión e dúas por decisión.

Dollaway, veterano estadounidense de MMA (17-8-0), representando a Tempe, Arizona, foi un loitador de UFC durante a última década.
