SAN ANTONIO, TX (Agosto 8, 2018) – Professional boxing returns to the Scottish Rite Theatre in downtown San Antonio, TX, em Setembro 8, 2018, quando TMB & PRB Entretenimento presente, “FIGHT NIGHT AT THE SCOTTISH RITE 2″. The 8-round main event will showcase Armando Cardenas (9-1, 5 KOs), a local fan favorite, vs. Gilbert Venegas (9-0, 6 KOs) from East Moline, Illinois, em um ataque welterweight super.
In the 6-round co-main event, Xavier Wilson (8-0, 1 KO) from San Antonio by way of Baltimore, Maryland, will square off against local native, Christian Santibanez (5-7, 3 KOs), in a lightweight clash. Além, 5-Time national champion Richard Medina, a partir de San Antonio, will be making his highly anticipated pro debut.

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Julho 32, 2018) – Príncipe Rancho Boxe e TMB & PRB Entretenimento are happy to announce the signing of amateur standout, Richard “El Castigo” Medina, a 5-Time National Champion from San Antonio, TX. Medina will be making his debut on September 8, 2018 at the Scottish Rite Theater in San Antonio, Texas.

 

 

 

Medina, who will campaign at featherweight (126 lb.), had a decorated amateur career with an impressive record of (100W-13L). Medina signed a management agreement with Prince Ranch Boxing as well as signed to TMB & PRB Entretenimento, who will promote his future fights.

 

 

 

“I am very excited for this next chapter of my career,” said Richard Medina. “I believe with hard work, I will be a world champion as a professional. Former Heavyweight Contender David ‘Nino’ Rodriguez Debuts as Television Commentator

Former heavyweight contender and noted author David “Nino” Rodriguez says he enjoyed his debut as a broadcaster on Friday night at Laredo Energy Arena in Laredo, Texas.

 

 

 

Rodriguez was honored to serve alongside play-by-play man Jim Grieshaber as color commentator for USA beIN Sports’ showing of Summer Brawl 2018, featuring Laredo-based lightweight journeyman Victor Rosas’ (10-8, 4 KOs) upset fourth-round stoppage victory over Las Vegas contender Randy Moreno (12-2, 10 KOs) and hometown KO artist Jorge Castaneda’s (10-1, 10 KOs) sixth-round stoppage of Carlos Villareal (9-3, 8 KOs) de Las Vegas.

 

 

 

The event was presented by Ivaylo Gotzev of Epic Sports and Entertainment, Keith Veltre of Roy Jones Jr Boxing Promotions and Triple A Promotions.

 

 

 

“It was exhilarating to be back around the bright lights and fight atmosphere once again,” said an excited Rodriguez. “Nothing will be as stimulating as getting inside the ring, but commentating a live television production was nothing short of the next best thing. I loved breaking down the fighters and introducing my knowledge to a live audience.”

 

 

 

Rodriguez says he wishes to thank the event promoters who took a chance on his abilities outside the ring and says the entire show turned out perfectly.

Currently in the process of opening El Paso’s first Weight loss Clinic and Spa (with partner Arturo Ortiz), Rodriguez, who went 37-2, 35 KOs and once held the WBA-NABA and NABU Heavyweight Championships as a fighter, says he’d love to return as commentator in the future.

 

 

 

“Even though I’m no longer a fighter, I still love the beautiful sport of boxing.”

“I’ve had pressure my whole boxing career. Being on Olympian and a top prospect was pressure, but then I also went overseas to take the title from a top fighter. I’ve always overcome the pressure on me and I’m going to overcome another test on Saturday night.

DALLAS (Junho 13, 2018) – Invicto campeão mundial meio-médio Errol Spence Jr. spent time giving back in his hometown Wednesday, as he handed out meals at the Salvation Army in Dallas ahead of his homecoming world title defense live on SHOWTIME this Saturday, Junho 16 from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas em um evento apresentado pela Premier Boxe Campeões.

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX (Junho 6, 2018) – Two of boxing’s most exciting female fighters will meet in a battle of unbeaten lightweights on Saturday July 7, 2018, quando Selina “Aztec Rainha” Bairros (3-0, 1 KO) e Aida “Lady Sparta” Satybaldinova (3-0-1) square off at the American Bank Center Water Garden Room, em Corpus Christi, TX. The 8-round evento principal bout will take place on the “Battle By The Bay 3” cartão, promovida pela Reyna Promotions.

 

Bairros, recognized by her people as the female Roberto Duran, is the current NABF Lightweight champion. Barrios fights out of San Antonio, TX, and is coming off an impressive victory against Lisa Porter. Selina is looking to make a statement against Satybaldinova.

 

“From what I heard, Aida Satybaldinova likes to bring the fight to her opponent,” said Selina Barrios, sister of undefeated super-lightweight Mario Barrios (21-0, 13 KOs). “I love fighters that come forward, so I know this is going to be an all out war. Com isso dito, I feel my power is going to be too much for her. I’ll be looking to take her out before the final bell rings. Everyone watching this fight is going to see non-stop action from both sides.”

 

Satybaldinova, known as the female Triple GGG, is the current WBF International Lightweight champion. Satybaldinova, who originally hails from Astana, Cazaquistão, now lives in the United States where she trains out of Hollywood, TAL COMO.

 

“Selina Barrios has never been in the ring with a fighter like myself,” stated Aida Satybaldinova, who is managed by GM3 Promotions. “I’m true pressure fighter with power in both hands. I have confidence that I will keep my record undefeated. I’m proud fighter who fights from Kazakhstan and I like Mexican style fighter. They stand and fight, not run.”

 

A rematch clause has been negotiated between both fighter’s camps as both of their respective titles will not be on the line in this bout. If the rematch does indeed happen, both titles will be up for grabs.

 

“This is going to be a crowd-pleasing fight for the fans,” dito Kerry Daigle, Bairros’ orientador. “I know Aida is one hell of a fighter who is going to leave everything in the ring. Selina on the other hand is on another level. Barrios is the future of female boxing and I see her coming out victorious.”

Lutando fora de Chicago, ele olha para voltar a vencer com uma vitória sobre Fortuna. No ano passado, Granados perdeu uma decisão unânime para o ex-campeão dos médios Shawn Porter e uma decisão dividida para o campeão quatro divisão Adrien Broner. The IBF titleholder spoked to media at the R&R Boxing Club along with trainer Derrick James, as the two prepare for Spence’s second title defense after winning the title from then unbeaten champion Kell Brook last May.

“It feels good to be fighting back at home in Dallas. This is where I started and where my core fan base is. It’s great to fight in front of my people and even better that I can do it as a world champion now.

 

 

 

“I wanted to make my first title defense in Dallas, but everything happens for a reason and now I have this great opportunity to fight at the Dallas Cowboys’ instalação. It’s an incredible venue that has everything you would want. It’s going to be a great atmosphere on June 16.

“Timing is key in boxing. It’s more important than speed and it’s something I really focus on when I’m training. It’s timing and accuracy. You can be fast but if you don’t land, it doesn’t mean anything.

 

 

 

“I’m a versatile fighter who is able to switch it up. I can box from the outside but also go on the inside. These are things that we’re always working on in the gym. Our opponent may bring something different than we expected into the ring, so we work on having a plan for everything.

 

 

 

“It’s great to have another world champion like Jermell Charlo in camp with me. Iron sharpens iron and we just work hard every day so that we can push each other to the next level. All of that helps me become victorious.

 

 

 

“I wouldn’t say I have one skill that sticks out the most in my arsenal. I’m a balanced boxer who can do everything. I can jab, throw a combo and show strong defense. I balance all of the attributes you need in the ring and that’s what makes me a great boxer.

 

 

 

“I’ve been putting this division on notice for a while. Junho 16 is another day that we’re going to give another one-sided performance and dominate. I’ve had the welterweight division on notice since my first fight. They know I’m here.
