GUADALAJARA, MX (Julio 26, 2016) – Este pasado Sábado, recién coronado campeón mundial supergallo IBO invicto, Moises “Chucky” Flores (25-0, 17 KOs), recibió su cinturón del co-gerente Henry Rivalta de Pro Box Management. El pasado junio, Flores anotó una impresionante victoria por decisión unánime sobre Paulus Ambunda (24-2, 10 KOs), en su ciudad natal de Windhoek, Namibia (África), para ganar la correa del título mundial.
Flores, quien también es el campeón interino de la AMB, es ahora el retador obligatorio para enfrentar al súper campeón de la AMB Guillermo Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KOs). VLADIMIR TIKHONOV MAKING PROGRESS UP THE RATINGS LADDER; RUSSIAN IS LUCKY NO. 13 IN WBA

Brooklyn, Nueva York (Junio 15, 2016)– Ruso Vladimir Tikhonov, a super bantamweight contender, is the latest signee to the Dmitriy Salita promotional slate. And it looks like the timing is right for the Brooklyner Salita, with word out that this Russian hitter is making his way up the ratings ladder.
Tikhonov (14-0 con 8 KOs) has entered the WBA world rankings at No. 13.

Promoter Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing proudly announces the IBF has agreed to sanction a super bantamweight voluntary elimination fight between their #7 contender Jonathan Guzman and #14, Daniel Rosas for the #2 position in their ratings.
Under the IBF rules criteria, two of the top five available contenders can compete in a voluntary elimination fight for the second-highest spot in the ratings. Guzmán (20-0, 20 KOs) de Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, and Rosas (20-2-1, 12 KOs) from Mexico City, are Sampson Boxing promotional stablemates. Promoter Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing wishes to congratulate the fighter he co-promotes (along with Oswaldo Kuchle of Promociones Del Pueblo), Hugo “Cuatito” Ruiz, for his title winning victory en sábado noche.
Fighting on the Showtime-televised co-main event last Saturday (Febrero 27) en el Honda Center en Anaheim, California, Ruiz (36-3, 32 KOs) gained revenge against Julio Cesar Ceja and took back his WBC World Super Bantamweight Championship via TKO 1 (:51 segundo).
“Hugo was the fighter I knew he was tonight,” said a happy Lewkowicz. “In the first fight, he gave this guy too much respect. This time he came out looking to destroy him and he did.”
Ruiz and Ceja met for the first time last August. A big left hook in the third round had Ceja nearly out, but Ceja landed his own hook in the fifth and ended up with a TKO victory, segundos más tarde.

Salita Promotions Signs Russian Super Bantamweight Vladimir Tikhonov

Promoter Dmitriy Salita of Salita Promotions proudly announces the signing of undefeated super bantamweight prospect Vladimir Tikhonov to a promotional contract.
Un profesional desde 2008, the 25-year-old southpaw, de San Petersburgo, Rusia, sports an undefeated record of 13-0, 7 KOs. As an amateur boxer who finished with a record of 85-15, Tikhonov was a gold medallist at the 2008 All-Russia Class A Tournament 2008 in Togliatti and a silver medallist in 2007 and was recognized as the best boxer of the tournament. He has also been given the designation as a Sport Master of Russia.

Sampson Boxing Signs ‘Bad Boy’ Rosas to a Promotional Agreement

Sampson Lewkowicz of Sampson Boxing is proud to announce the signing of formidable super bantamweight contender Daniel “Chico malo” Rosas to a promotional agreement.
Rosas (20-2-1, 12 KOs), de la Ciudad de México, is a two-time world title challenger and former WBO Youth Super Flyweight and WBC Caribbean Boxing Federation (CABOFE) Super Flyweight Champion.

El nativo de San Antonio lanzó una blanqueada en las tres tarjetas de puntuación por jueces 60-54 recuentos.
López estaba especialmente entusiasmado con la victoria, ya que tuvo lugar no lejos de donde él creció en el sur de California.
