DAMIEN “SUCRE” VAZQUEZ WANTS TO LOCK HORNS WITH ROMAN “CHOCOLATITO” GONZALEZ

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Juliol 18, 2018) – Undefeated Las Vegas native, 21-anys d'edat Damien “Sucre” Vázquez (14-0, 7 KOs), wants to get in the ring with Romà “Chocolatito” González (46-2, 38 KOs), when he makes his return to the ring, rumored to be on the undercard of canelo vs. GGG al setembre 15, 2018.

 

 

 

Vazquez is the younger brother of former three-time super bantamweight world champion, Israel Vázquez. He’s been making noise in the lower weight classes since he captured the NABF Junior Flyweight Title as a teenager, a l'edat 17. AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Abril 30, 2018) – This past Saturday, Promocions de sucre presented “FIRA DE CAMPIONS”, an eleven bout card from Aguascalientes, Mèxic. A l'esdeveniment principal de 12 rondes, súper mitjà Bruno Sandoval (20-2-1, 16 KOs), who recently signed with Sugar Promotions, picked up a first round TKO over Devis Caceres (28-9-3, 19 KOs) capturing the WBC Latino Silver Super Middleweight title in the process. HUMBERTO VELAZCO IN TROUBLE WITH GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO FOR PULLING OUT OF FIGHT

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Abril 30, 2018) – Super middleweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 KOs), qui és promogut per Promocions de sucre, is taking heat from the Government of Mexico for pulling out of his scheduled fight with Devis Caceres (24-8, 19 KOs), that was supposed to take place this past Saturday in Aguascalientes, MX.

 

 

 

Velazco was set to face Devis Caceres (24-8, 19 KOs) for the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight Title at the “Fira de Campions” card promoted by Sugar Promotions, but pulled out at the last minute, putting the entire card in jeopardy.

 

 

 

“We have programs here in Mexico that are funded by the government of Mexico in Aguascalientes,” dit Dr. Lorenzo Soboranes Maya, director of Latino public relations for Sugar Promotions in Mexico. “One of which was this weekend’s “Fira de Campions” boxing event that took place at the Plaça de toros de Sant Marc arena. After signing the contract, Velazco pulled out of the fight, leaving everyone involved scrambling for a replacement. This kind of conduct will not be tolerated, and legal action will be addressed. Velazco will be prosecuted by the full extent of the law, and he is not welcome to fight in this city ever again.”

 

 

 

“As Velazco’s promoter, I did everything on my end to get him a shot at the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight Title,” dit Oscar Vázquez, CEO of Sugar Promotions. “We came to an agreement on what his purse would be, he signed the contract, and then pulled out of the fight in the final days leading up to the fight. I have Velazco under contract. AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Febrer 19, 2018) – Aquest passat Dissabte, en el Do Haskins Center a El Paso, TX, Promocions de sucre light-heavyweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 14 KOs), scored the knockout of the night, contra Thomas “Top Dog” Williams Jr. (20-4, 14 KOs).
Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, Mèxic, rallied from an early first round knockdown, which was more of an off-balance circumstance. Velazco wasn’t hurt and evened the score in the second round with his own knockdown, catching Williams with a short right to the face, a punch he didn’t see coming. Williams survived the round but was walking on wobbly legs. Now in a rhythm, Velazco’s timing was on point as he sent Williams to the deck for the second time in round three, this time hurting him badly with combination of punches. Williams survived once again only to be stopped in round four when Velazco, a heavy-handed southpaw, blasted him with a straight left, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the 1:37 marca.
“It was a great feeling to get a knockout in my first fight in the united states,” said Humberto Velazco, que està gestionat per Greg Hannley of Prince Ranch Boxing. “When I got up from the knockdown I wasn’t hurt, but it definitely woke me up. A genetic freak, Velaszco stands slightly over 6″1, and has a rare combination of speed and power. His athletic pedigree runs in the family as his brother is a professional basketball player.

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Desembre 11, 2017) – Prince Ranch boxa is happy to announce the signing of super-middleweight Humberto Torres (18-1-1, 12 KOs) and undefeated female bantamweight Cristina Mora (6-0-2, 4 KOs), who both hail from Aguascalientes, Mèxic. The duo also signed promotional agreements with Damien Vázquez’ Promocions de sucre.

Humberto Torres is an orthodox fighter who stands 6’1″, with power in both hands. He has a crowd-pleasing style and is happy to join forces with Prince Ranch Boxing and Sugar Promotions.

Addicionalment, súper welter Daniel Biaz (10-1, 5 KOs) and female flyweight Mayran Salazar (6-2), apareixerà a la targeta.
Sugar Promotions LLC, will promote the 8-fight card titled “New Blood”, with Issac “Canelito” Avelar fighting for the CMB FECOMBOX Featherweight title in the 10-round main-event. Damien “Sucre” Vazquez will be fighting in the 8-round co-main event. All fighters will have opponents TBA.
