PETERSBURG, Rusio (Aprilo 28, 2016) – M-1 Global has announced a blockbuster M-1 Defio 68 event as Ramazan Emeev Kaj Alexander “#?Tormo” Shlemenko battle in the M-1 Global Grand Prix Middleweight Championship, while M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion Alexander “Drago” Volkov makes his first title defense against Attila “Pumuklo” Vegh, #?A?do Nokto, Junio 16, at Yubileyny Sports Palace in St. Petersburg, Rusio.

Emeev (14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0), fighting out of Russia by way of Dagestano, is the reigning M-1 Challenge middleweight champion, although his title belt will not be at stake against Shlemenko. The 28-year-old Emeev, Kiu estis la 2015 M-1 Tutmonda Batalanto de la Jaro, is a two-time M-1 Challenge middleweight champion. ![]() Volkov (25-6-0, M-1: 9-3-0), 27, also fought in Bellator for three years, 2012 Al 2015, returning to M-1 Global action this past February for the first time in 5 ? Jaroj. The popular fighter from Moscow signed a promotional contract with M-1 Global, batalado Denis Smoldaraev Feb. 19, 2016 (see picture below) #?E M-1 Defio 64 for the vacant M-1 Challenge heavyweight championship. Fighting out of Slovakia by way of his native Czechoslovakia, Vegh (pictured below) is a former Bellator light heavyweight champion who is moving up one weight class to challenge Volkov.

![]() ST. PETERSBURG, Rusio (Marto 16, 2016) – M-1 Challenge welterweight champion Murad “Hunter” Abdulaev will make his first title defense, Aprilo 8 Je M-1 Defio 65,against undefeated challenger Alexey Kunchenko at Ice Palace Sports Center in St. Petersburg, Rusio.
Abdulaev vs. Kunchenko replaces the rescheduled M-1 Challenge lightweight championship bout between defending champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui Kaj kontestanto Artem Damkovsky due to injuries suffered by both fighters during training camp.
M-1 Global has also announced an M-1 Defio 65 match between former M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Maxim Divinich and M-1 Global debuting Robert Turnquest.
Ramazan Emeev (13-3-0, M-1: 7-1-0), reigning M-1 Challenge middleweight champion, takes on Brazilian challenger Maiquel “Granda Rigo” Falcao (35-8-0, M-1: 0-0-0) en la M-1-Defio 65 Ĉefa evento. Emeev vs. Falcao is an M-1 Grand Prix middleweight semifinals match with the winner advancing to the final later this year against the other M-1 Grand Prix middleweight semifinals winner, former three-time Bellator champion Alexander “#?Tormo” Shlemenko (52-9-0, M-1: 3-0-0).

Returning to St. Pete’s for the first time in nearly three years, Mad Integrity Fight Sports ran two highly successful cards at the Hilton Bayfront which featured future TV fighters Amos Cowart and Clarence Booth.
Headlining the card is an eight round Sunshine State showdown between popular welterweight Ali Tareh of Tampa and Jacksonville’s Juan Aguirre. Tareh, who has fought all but three of his professional bouts in Florida, has a 13-11-5 ledger with 5 Gajnoj de #knoka?to. The owner of Fight Fitness Center in nearby Pinellas Park, Tareh has won four of his last six bouts but is coming off a decision loss to Javier Garcia last July. Originally from Guatemala, Aguirre has a reputation for his fearlessness and incredible durability. In his most recent fight, Aguirre extended unbeaten prospect Armando Alvarez the distance while making him work from bell to bell.
Talented featherweight Jose “Lil Pacquiao” Resendez, 4-0 (2 KO’s), of Brandon, FL returns to the ring against crafty Cuban Raul Chirino, 7-1 (3 KO’s), in the highly-anticipated co-feature. A mirror image of boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, Resendez is fighting for the first time since December 2014. The Resindez-Chirino bout is scheduled for six rounds and expected to steal the show.
Undefeated Armando “The Gentleman” Alvarez, 8-0 (4 KO’s), will trek north from Miami, FL to battle Tampa’s Lee “Holliwood” Dawson a six round welterweight contest. Alvarez is a talented boxer-puncher with a loyal fan base that follows him wherever he fights while Dawson will look to make it five straight without a defeat.
