A super showdown between M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramadani Emeev(14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0) and KO artist specialist Anatoly Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0) chifuniro mutu wakuti M-1 Challenge 73: Nkhondo ya Narts in a battle of elite Russian fighters.
Mu Co-Mbali, M-1 Challenge featherweight ngwazi John “Ili” Buchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), akumenyana kuchokera Slovakia, defends his title belt against undefeated Russian challenger Magomed Idrisov (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0).

Morrison (15-7-0, M-1: 2-4-0) and Rettinghouse (13-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) are both fighting out of the state of Washington.
Morrison faces undefeated Russian prospect Moysar Evoloev (5-0-0, M-1: 5-0-0) in a fight contested at a 140-pounds (63.5 makilogalamu) catchweight. Morrison is a grappler (see photo below with him in top position) who defeated current M-1 Challenge bantamweight title-holder Pavel Vitruk by decision at M-1 Challenge 58.
 Fighting at home in Ingushetia, Evloev is also a grappler who is coming off a first-round knockout of Alexander Krupenkin this past May at M-1 Challenge 66 (Chithunzi pansipa).
 Rettinghouse, ndi King of the Cage ngwazi, zimanyezimira SERGEY Morozov (6-1-0, M-1: 3-1-0) in a bantamweight with future title implications for the winner.
A submission master who has a strong Brazilian Ju-Jitsu background, Rettinghouse is coming off his successful M-1 Global debut this past May at M-1 Challenge 66, in which Rettinghouse stopped Vadim Zhloboch in the opening round due to an injury.
Morozov, fighting out of Kazakhstan, is an outstanding striker and well-rounded MMA fighter. He was on the wrong end of the M-1 Challenge 68 Fight of the Night last July in a loss by decision to Rafael Dias.
Pa M-1 Challenge 59, Morozov (Chithunzi pansipa) was awarded the Knockout of the Night award for his demolishing of Andy Young a year ago July.
 An impressive victory will position the Rettinghouse-Morozov winner for a potential M-1 Challenge bantamweight title fight with defending champion Vitruk.

In addition to the rematch between Kunchenko (14-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0) and Abdulaev (15-4-0, M-1: 3-1-0), the lightweight fight between former champion Artiom Damkovsky ndipo Alexey “Utumiki” Makhno had already been announced by M-1 Global.
Undefeated Russian middleweight Artem Frolov (7-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0), a strong striker and Combat Sambo master, faces American opponent Luigi “Italiya thanki” Fiorvanti (26-14-0, M-1: 4-3-0) battle with future title fight implications on the line for the winner.
Frolov is coming off a three-round unanimous decision over Rafael Xavier pa M-1 Challenge 70, while Fiorvanti is considered a good all-around fighter who is a former M-1 Challenge middleweight title challenger.
In a featherweight bout, fully recovered Kurbaneli Abdusalamor (6-2-0, M-1: 4-0-0) faces fellow Russian Timur Nagibin (7-2-0, M-1: 3-1-0). Abdusalamov has won four fights in a row, including his last 13 months ago against American Lee Morrison, which ended in a 3-round majority decision for the Russian fighter before he was sidelined with injuries.
Opepuka Damir Ismagulov (8-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), a native of Kazakhstan fighting out of Russia, meets Brazilian Rubenilton “Rubinho” Peyala (16-3-0, M-1: 0-1-0). Ismagulov has won his last three fights, kuphatikizapo 3Rd-kuzungulira knockout a Raul Tutarauli mu M-1 Challenge 66 Nkhondo ya Night. Pereira is coming off a non-title fight loss by decision to M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko.
Croatian middleweight Kristijan “Klitschko” Silver (9-3-1, M-1: 0-2-1) returns to action against Talekh “The Azerbaijan Terminator” Nadzhafzads (4-1-0, M-1: 2-0-0). Perak is seeking his first M-1 victory, Nadzhafzads hopes to improve his unbeaten M-1 record to 3-0.

Petersburg, Russia (November 2, 2016) – The 2016 M-1 Challenge season will be going out with a bang as M-1 Global has announced a second title fight, M-1 Challenge featherweight ngwazi John “Ili” Buchinger versus undefeated challenger Magomed Idrisov, chifukwa December 9th M-1 Challenge 73: Nkhondo ya Nartsmu Ingushetia, Russia.
The previously announced main event is a super showdown between M-1 Challenge middleweight champion Ramadani Emeev (14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0) and knockout specialist Anatoly Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0).

Buchinger (31-4-0, M-1: 6-0-0), akumenyana kuchokera Slovakia, is riding a 10-fight win streak into M-1 Challenge 73 since he lost to Conor McGregor mu 2012. He captured the vacant M-1 Challenge title October 17, 2014 pa M-1 Challenge 52, kukatseka Tural Nizami (see picture below) in the fourth round on punches in their Fight of the Night. Buchinger made a successful title defense 13 months ago at M-1 Challenge 62, taking a 5-round unanimous decision over Mansour Korobkov. Komaliza nkhondo, this past June against Mikhail Korobkov pa M-1 Challenge 67, Buchinger needed only 4:41 of the opening round to choke his opponent into a submission in their non-title fight.
 Idrisov is a strong striker and Russian Whu-Shu Sanda champion. He knockout current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Alexander Butenko in his professional MMA debut, back in 2013 in a non-M-1 Global fight. His three M-1 Global victories have been against Yuri Maia (KO1 – nkhonya) mu M-1 Challenge 49 Knockout ya Night, Max Coga (DEC3) ndipo Sergei Grecicho (DEC3) in his last fight September 20, 2015 pa M-1 Challenge 51 (see picture below).

 INGUSHETIA, Russia (October 22, 2016) – Former two-time M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion Viktor Nemkov put himself in position for another title shot and Pavel Vitruk became the first M-1 Challenge Bantamweight Champion at last night’s entertaining M-1 Challenge 71 mu Ingushetia, Russia.
Kazakhstan-mbadwa Nemkov (24-6-0, M-1: 17-5-0), fighting out of Stary Oskol, Russia, won a three-round unanimous decision from former Bellator champion Attila “Pumukli” Vegh(29-8-2, M-1: 0-2-0), of Slovakia, mu waukulu chochitika.
Fighting in the inaugural M-1 Challenge Bantamweight Championship, Russian fighter Vitruk (14-2-0, M-1: 8-2-0) anagonjetsa Wophunzira (21-6-0, M-1: 1-2-0), la Ukraine, by way of a fourth-round submission.

Kunchenko (14-0-0, M-1: 6-0-0), fighting out of Tyumen, Russia, will be making his first title defense. He defeated defending champion Abdulaev, who was unable to continue in round four of their fight this past April at M-1 Challenge 65.
Abdulaev (15-4-0, M-1: 3-2-0), fighting out of Anapa, Russia, originally captured the M-1 Challenge welterweight title at M-1 Challenge 58, kutenga lingaliro kuyambira Marcello Britopa June 6, 2015 for the vacant title.

Damkovsky (21-10-0, M-1: 11-7-0), fighting out of Minsk, Belarus, has a crowd pleasing style. His last fight resulted in a kick-knockout victory (see picture below) a Limakhulupirira Divnich this past September at M-1 Challenge 70.
 A native of Moscow, 26-year-old Makhno (13-4-0, M-1: 3-1-0) is a superior kicker and strong striker. Komaliza nkhondo, m'mwezi wa June pa M-1 Challenge 68, Makhno won a decision over Felipo Rego (see picture below).

“The fight between Ramazan Emeev and Anatoly Tokov is the most anticipated fight in Russian MMA, “M-1 Global pulezidenti Vadim Finkelchtein anati. “Both Tokov and Emeev are fighters of the elite level, not only in Russia, but in the world. This fight is being held to achieve our main goal: to make the most spectacular match-ups between the strongest MMA fighters of our time.”
Emeev (14-3-0, M-1: 8-1-0), who was the M-1 Global 2015 Wankhondo pa Chaka, returns to action after suffering a torn ligament in his elbow, which forced the Azerbaijan native to withdraw from his scheduled M-1 Grand Prix Middleweight Championship fight withAlexander Shlemenko.
The 29-year-old Emeev, fighting out of Makhachkala, Russia, first captured the vacant M-1 Challenge middleweight title in 2012, taking a 5-round unanimous decision from Mario Miranda pa M-1 Challenge 35, and he successfully won the rematch Patatha miyezi isanu paM-1 Challenge 38, stopping Miranda via strikes in the third round.
 Mu 2014, Emeev lost his title belt to Vyacheslav Vasilevsky by way of a fourth-round knockout (nkhonya) pa M-1 Challenge 51 mu 2014. The resilient Emeev, Komabe, bounced back to regain his throne as M-1 Challenge middleweight champion, using a choke hold to submit Vasilevsky in the opening round at
M-1 Challenge 56.
Emeev has successfully defended his title against Luigi Fioravanti, who was unable to continue after four rounds at M-1 Challenge 63, and this past April Emeev defeated Brazilian Maiquel Falcao (see picture above) pa M-1 Challenge 65 in the first round by submission (kutsamwa).
Tokov (24-2-0, M-1: 9-1-0), 26, is a former ABC champion who fights out of Stary Oskol, Russia. He is riding a 17-fight win streak, including knockouts of Enoc Kumathetsa Torres paM-1 Challenge 54 ndipo Albert Duraev pa M-1 Challenge 46.

Romanov (8-1-0, M-1: 2-0-0) is riding a seven-fight win streak, including a pair of victories at M-1 Challenge 68 zoposa Andreas Birgels by way of an opening-round knockout (nkhonya), which was exactly the same way Romanov finished off Sergio de Fatimapa M-1 Challenge 65.

The gifted German successfully defended his title belt twice against Luis Fernando Miranda (SUB2 – kutsamwa) pa M-1 Challenge 50 ndipo Valery Myasnikov(KO/TKO2 – nkhonya) pa M-1 Challenge 54. Puetz followed up with a third-round stoppage of then-M-1 Challenge heavyweight champion Marcin Tybura in a non-title fight at M-1 Challenge 57.
Puetz lost his M-1 Challenge title belt to Nemkov by way of a five-round majority decision at M-1 Challenge 63 in the Fight of the Night. In his last action this past May at M-1 Challenge 66, Puetz won a hard fought three-round unanimous decision over Andrey Seledtsov in another Fight of the Night.

Lopes (10-4-0, M-1: 1-0-0) also had an impressive M-1 debut at M-1 Challenge 69 ichi kale July, in which he took a three-round unanimous decision from Kurban Ibragimov. It marked Lopes’ only pro fight outside of his native Brazil.
