The combined record of his last seven foes is a staggering 92-9-3, with Brooker winning five of those bouts, and Brooker has appeared on national television three times.

No evento principal, Jaron “Boots” Ennis (9-0, 8KO) will seek his tenth victory when he faces veteran James “Espingarda” Winchester (20-12, 8KO) of Reidsville, North Carolina. The six round, welterweight matchup will be Ennis’ toughest to date. Winchester is coming off three consecutive wins, and steps into the ring having faced world class competition throughout his career. Winchester went the distance with Matt Korobov (27-1, 14KO), Glen Tapia (23-4, 15KO), Eddie Gomez (19-2, 11KO), and Terrell Gausha (20-0, 9KO) e outros. Ennis was victorious in his last outing at 2300 Arena, knocking out Elvin Perez in under a minute.
No co-main event, Manny “Major Pain” Loucura (9-0, 7KO) takes on Dominican Republic’s Luis Hinojosa (30-10, 17KO) in a six round bout at super bantamweight. Hinijosa enters the ring the more experienced fighter, and fought Claudio Marrero (21-1, 15KO) prior to his last two fights, which were both decision wins. Folly had an impressive showing in his last fight, knocking out Mexico’s Carlos Morgan (13-5, 6KO) in the first round in January.

Filadélfia, PA. (Março 11, 2017) – Tyrone Brunson won a 8-round split decision over Bandon Quarles in the main event of a 8-bout card in front of a packed house at the SugarHouse Casino.
The show was promoted by King’s Promotions.
It was a action filled fight that saw both guys be the aggressor at different stages of the fight. Brunson showed a more versatile side of him, that many boxing fans haven;t seen in years from him. One which differed from the prodigious knockout puncher that Brunson was known for when he knocked out the 1st 19 fighters he faced in the 1st round.
This Brunson used his legs to set up punches off of the jab, which he also landed several times with power behind that stick. Quarles was very game as he had his moments and landed hard shots that kept Brunson honest. Brunson landed more and harder, and he came out with the victory by scores of 78-74 e 77-75. Quarles took a card at 77-75.
Brunson of Philadelphia is now 24-6-2. Quarles of Alexandria, Virginia é 18-4-1.

A late point deduction cost David Gonzales a split decision as he dropped the six-round bout to Juan Rodriguez in a junior welterweight bout
It was a tough grind-it-out fight until Gonzales was deducted a point in the 30 seconds for holding for holding.

Rodriguez of Haymarket, Virginia won two cards 58-55 e 57-56, while Gonzales of Philadelphia took a card 57-56.

Rodriguez is 7-6-1. Gonzales is 8-2-2.

Carlos Roasrio got off the floor but scored a 3rd round stoppage over Lance Williams in a scheduled 6-round lightweight bout.

Rosario scored a knockdown in round two from a right hand. Seconds later, it was Williams who floored Rosario with a hard right in the corner. Sam Oropeza made an emphatic pro debut as he needed just 35 seconds to destroy fellow pro debuter Joe Parkinson in their cruiserweight bout.

Oropeza landed a left that dropped Parkinson. The back of Parkinson’s head crashed on the canvas, and he was knocked out cold for several moments before ringside physicians were able to to get him to his feet.

Brandon Robinson won a 4-round unanimous decision over Lamont McLaughlin in a light heavyweight bout.

Robinson dropped McLaughlin in round three and cruised home to a victory by 40-35 cartões.

Robinson of Philadelphia is 2-1. McLaughlin of Philadelphia was making his pro debut.

Vincent Floyd stopped Blaine Donkor in round two of their scheduled 4-round welterweight bout.

Floyd landed a hard flurry that forced referee Steve Smoger to stop the bout at 1:48.

Floyd of Philadelphia is now 2-2-1 com um nocaute. Donkor of Washington, D.C. was making his pro debut.

Edward Ortiz and Sharif Jones battled to a 4-round spirited draw in a super middleweight bout.

Dawejko (pronunciado Da-Vaiko) de Philadelphia, tem sido um fracasso clássico, até agora, em sua carreira profissional, mas diz que a adição de Cohen como seu promotor é apenas uma das mudanças que ele fez.

O Philadelphian de 26 anos sempre foi um talento, mas, reconhecidamente, nem sempre esteve na melhor forma para suas lutas. “Meu gerente, Mark Cipparone, mudou minha vida,” ele explicou. “Eu costumava brigar com uma semana de antecedência sem dinheiro, então eu nunca dei 100%. Filadélfia – Janeiro 28, 2017 – Victory Boxing Promotions kicked off 2017 with a bang at 2300 Arena no sul da Filadélfia. Philly boxing fans were treated to seven fights featuring undefeated, world class talent, headlined by four-time National Amateur Champion Jaron “Boots” Ennis versus Puerto Rico’s Elvin Perez.

Ennis remained undefeated when an early body shot brought Perez to his knees in the first round of their scheduled six round contest. Perez was unable to continue, and Ennis improved to 9-0, com 8 of his wins coming by knockout.

No co-main event, local boxer/cop Manny Folly sensationally knocked out Carlos Morgan (12-5, 6KO) na primeira rodada, bringing his record to 9-0, 7KO.

Carlos “A Tiburon” Sanchez (12-0, 11KO) was victorious in his 12th outing, stopping Somner Martin in the 3rd round. Coachella’s Brandun Lee (1-0, 1KO) won his debut over Indiana’s Christopher Johnson. PHILADELPHIA – Janeiro 26, 2017 – Victory Boxing Promotions returns to 2300 Arena em Filadélfia tonight with an eight-bout card stacked with elite, undefeated prospects. It is the first of three events that Victory Boxing has on the books at the storied arena in 2017. No evento principal, Jaron “Boots” Ennis (8-0, 7KO) faces Puerto Rico’s Elvin Perez (28-16-4, 19KO) in a six-round bout at welterweight.

It’s a step up in competition for Ennis, who beat Marcus Bedford via sixth round technical knockout in December. “We are moving Boots very fast,” Victory Boxing Promotions Founder and Promoter said of the young talent, who began his pro career last April with four national amateur championships and two of Philadelphia’s famed Briscoe Awards under his belt. “Boots is the real deal, and we’re going to see how he fares against a much more experienced opponent no sábado.”

Those five dates are added to at least four dates at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center.
King’s Promotions 1st date of 2017 will come on Sábado, February 11th at the Rosecroft Raceway in Fort Washington, Maryland.

PHILADELPHIA – Dezembro 27, 2016 – Victory Boxing Promotions kicks off 2017 com “Super Brawl,” a ten-bout card featuring world class talent from Philadelphia and beyond, Sábado, January 28th em 2300 Arena in South Philly.
Jaron Ennis (8-0, 7KO) will showcase his talents at welterweight in his ninth fight since his professional debut in April of last year. Ennis, who took home his second Briscoe Award earlier this year for his outstanding amateur career, delivered a phenomenal performance in his sixth round stoppage of Marucs Beckford (3-5-3, 1KO) no início deste mês. The Ennis family has deep roots in the Philadelphia boxing scene. The 19-year-old is trained by his father and former professional boxer, Grua “Bozy” Ennis, and is the younger brother of Derrick “Pooh” Ennis and Farah Ennis, who were themselves accomplished professional boxers.

Another Philadelphia favorite, super galo Manny “Major Pain” Loucura (8-0, 6KO), continues his quest to remain undefeated, while setting an example for the kids in his community. The Philadelphia Police Officer splits his time between training for boxing and protecting his community and fellow Philadelphia residents. He turned heads in his last fight, a first round knockout win over Hungarian Tibor Nadori (9-7-1, 4KO) em Novembro.

Philadelphia super lightweight Joshua “Mãos de pedra” Jones (3-0-1, 2KO) returns in his first fight since winning a wide unanimous decision over South Carolina’s Corey Edwards (2-2, 1KO) at Victory Boxing’s November card at 2300 Arena.

Elite talent, and incredibly hard-hitting Canadian prospect Adam Daranyi (9-0, 9KO), looks to continue his perfect run in a six round bout at super welterweight.
