“I wanted to start fast and not have to go the full six rounds,” Hollandaca dedi, who was an outstanding cross country runner in high school. “I figured him out pretty quickly. He wasn’t covering up well and I took advantage.”

Michael Dutchover Dominates in Main Event Debut

All signs point to Dutchover delivering the goods on Saturday night. In the lead up to this fight, he spent several weeks in Guadalajara, Meksika. sparring with world champion Oscar Valdez.
“Spending time with the Valdez camp was an incredible experience,” Dutchover said. “I learned a lot from Valdez. The sparring sessions are what everyone wants to talk about, but it was more than that for me. Just seeing how he conducted himself and how focused he was. That left a lasting impression on me.”

Verona, NY (Ekim. 21 2017) -Two-Time undefeated world champion Demetrius Andrade made a successful debut as a middleweight by winning a dominant 12-round unanimous decision over previously undefeated Alantez Fox at The Turning Stone Resort Casino.
The bout was the co-feature bout of an HBO Boxing After Dark® tripleheader
In round one, Andrade rocked Fox with a blistering straight left hand. Fox was wobbled badly, and Andrade jumped on Fox. After landing several hard follow up shots, Fox was able to hold on and get out of the first frame. Andrade was dominant as he continued to land swift combinations at will. That opening flurry caused Fox to engage very sporadically during the fight
Yedinci turda, Fox was awarded a dubious knockdown when Andrade slipped on the wet canvas. Television replays showed that Fox did not even land a punch during that exchange.
That was the only blemish for Andrade, as he controlled the action by using his superior skills on both the inside and landing crisp and sharp punches on the outside and he cruised home to the victory. Compubox punch stats showed the dominance of Andrade as he outlanded Fox 158-52 over the 12-round bout with Andrade winning the power shots by a 132-29 marj.
Those stats were evident in the scoring as Andrade of Providence, Rhode Island won by scores of 118-110, 118-109, ve 116-111 to push his perfect mark to 25-0.
Fox loses for the first time, and the native of Forestville, Maryland is now 23-1-1.

“I did what I had to do in there. I think I did very well, but I will look at the fight and then give myself a grade after that,” diyen Andrade.

Each fighter chimed in with thoughts on their respective battles.

Even though Dutchover has very little to go on when it comes to scouting Ruiz, Dutchover is already a young veteran and is leaving no stone unturned.
“I do not know much about him, but I am prepared for anything he will bring, and then I will adjust. I have had many different sparring partners with diverse styles, so that gets me ready for any opponent.”
“I planned for this, and I train hard. I am always ready when I get the call for a fight. I am glad that I have been busy, and I have been improving with each fight, and next year should be a good year in my career. I have a mentality that if I train hard, the fight is easy. When I get in the ring, I just like to have fun.”

“We had a game plan for Guerrero, and we executed it perfectly,” Villa söyledi. “We gave him different looks and fought him from different angles. I don’t think he ever got comfortable.”

Your training camp was unlike any other in that you sparred against world champions Oscar Valdez and Jessie Magdaleno, as well as blue-chip prospect Michael Conlan. What was it like going against such high-level talent?

“Sparring against world champions elevates your game and boosts your confidence tremendously. I held my own the first few sessions with Oscar and Jessie and they called me back for other sessions. These guys expect solid work so I was glad that they brought me back. I’m gaining experience from some of the best so it’s awesome. It was also great sparring with Michael. With those three I was able to see different styles that will help me in my development.”

Your opponent Carlos Flores has had an uneven career. How do you get up for a fight where you are the clear favorite?

“You can’t think that every fight is going to be easy. If you’re not ready for a fight then anyone can make you look bad. This sport is unforgiving in that way. I’m going to be on my “Bir” game and it will show Cuma.”

Earlier this year you made the decision to relocate to the Los Angeles area and leave your hometown of Midland, Tex. What has been the toughest part of this move?

“I’m doing what I love to do and that always involves sacrifices. The most difficult part is being away from friends and family and being far from home. I knew moving to Los Angeles was the right choice because if you want to get better, especially in the lower weight classes, this area is the place to be. On any given day you can spar with contenders and world champions so it’s been great for me.”

How do you see Friday’s fight going down?

“I can predict a solid win for me and my team. I’m going to let my punches go and just be active. I’ll work off the jab to open things up and I’m going to show an improved defense. I’m going to look the best I’ve looked so far. That much I know.”

Villa, a southpaw fighting out of Salinas, Kaliforniya., turned professional last July and already has produced seven one-sided wins. His opponent for Friday, Mexico’s Guerrero, is no push over. Guerrero has won his last five fights, four of which ended in knockout fashion.

“Guerrero’s a veteran so we’ve been extra serious in this camp,” Villa söyledi. “My team believes that I can take him out. My team wouldn’t set me up against an opponent that I wouldn’t be able to handle so I feel ready for this challenge.”

Villa, 20, loaded up on top-level sparring to help bridge the experience gap between him and Guerrero. He spent three weeks in Indio, Halife. sparring against elite competition such as unbeaten, world title contender Joseph Diaz.
