LAS VEGAS (Svibanj 11, 2016) – A potentially explosive, highly entertaining “Knockout Night at the D” undercard has been announced for Subota noć, Svibanj 21, provjetravanje (8 poslije podne. Las Vegas’ 17-year-old boxing prodigy Devin “The Dream” Haney (5-0, 3 Kos) will become the youngest American boxer to box on national television as the 7-time national amateur champion takes on fellow undefeated lightweight prospect Jairo Fernandez (4-0, 3 Kos), Meksika, in the 6-round television opener.
Former WBC Youth International titlist Tony Lopez (10-1, 3 Kos), Dallas, meets unbeaten Houston featherweight Jerren “Hardknocks” Cochran (11-0-1, 4 Kos) u okršaju od 8 rundi.

Haney (na slici dolje) is a 7-time national amateur champion, who captured a gold medal at the 2015 Svjetski prvak mladih, but he was unable to try-out for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Boxing Team because of his age. When headgear was eliminated from Olympic boxing competition, the minimum age for a U.S. boxer to compete in the Olympics was changed to 19, so Haney decided to turn pro at the age of 17 rather than wait four more years. Magomedov (17-0, 10 Kos), who is promoted by Main Events, is rated among the top 15 middleweights by the four major sanctioning bodies: WBC #2, WBO #3, WBA #5 i IBF #14. U 2015, Hernandez stopped 17-1 Jeff Page, Jr., whose only other loss was to 2-time Russian Olympian and current world light heavyweight contenderArtur Beterbiev, u 10th round of their UBF Inter-continental super middleweight title fight. Hernandez also upset 12-0 Jerry Odum last year at Madison Square Garden Theater.
In his last fight this past March, Hernandez won in Tacoma when veteran Dionisio Miranda (22-14-2) was unable to answer the bell for the 8th round.
