“FERIA de CAMPEONES” SANDOVAL, VAZQUEZ, AND SALAZAR WIN WBC TITLES IN AGUASCALIENTES, MX

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Abril 30, 2018) – This past Saturday, açúcar Promoções presented “FERIA de CAMPEONES”, an eleven bout card from Aguascalientes, México. In the 12-round main event, super-médios Bruno Sandoval (20-2-1, 16 KOs), who recently signed with Sugar Promotions, picked up a first round TKO over Devis Caceres (28-9-3, 19 KOs) capturing the WBC Latino Silver Super Middleweight title in the process. A powerful right hook landed flush on the face of Caceres, terminando a luta no 2:50 marca da primeira rodada, as Sandoval claimed the vacant title in style.

Maryan Salazar (8-2) picked up a unanimous decision over Joselyn Casilla Martinez (4-3-1) to capture the WBC FECOMBOX light flyweight title. Salazar dominated this bout from start to finish to claim the title. scorecards ler 98-92, 98-91, 99-91 all in favor of Salazar.

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Abril 23, 2018) -Esse passado Sábado TMB & PRB Entretenimento presented, “Whose “O” Will Go”, another successful boxing event that took place at the Mi Mercado Event Center em San Antonio, TX.
In the 6-round main event, James Cantu (11-0, 4 KOs), derrotado Jairo Castaneda (9-1, 3 KOs), por decisão unânime, to remain undefeated in the welterweight division. Cantu, with his aggressive style, took the fight to the inside, making it uncomfortable for Castaneda throughout the whole bout. Although Castaneda had his moments, Cantu was the busier fighter who landed the cleaner shots. scorecards ler 59-54 duas vezes, e 57-56, all in favor of Cantu, who recorded his second fight in four years.
The 4-round co-main event showcased Daniel “Da Beast” Baiz (13-1, 5 KOs) contra Isai Mireles (8-9, 6 KOs). Baiz dropped Mireles with a left hook to the body in round two, before cruising to a unanimous decision victory. scorecards ler 40-35 across the board for Baiz.
San Antonio TV (KSAT) ABC’s local digital channel, aired the event live on devices such as Roku, Amazonas, and Apple TV. Subscribers were able to watch the fights for free over the internet.

SAN ANTONIO, TX (Abril 18, 2018) – TMB & PRB Entretenimento is pleased to announce its partnership with San Antonio TV, an ABC affiliate in San Antonio, TX, which will air all its boxing shows on their digital channel.

 

 

 

 

Com mais 50,000 subscribers, San Antonio TV is ABC’s local digital channel which can be viewed on devices such as Ano, Amazonas, e Apple TV. Subscribers can watch their live feeds for FREE. The first boxing show to air live on the platform will be this weekend’s Whose “O” Must Go card, taking place at the Mi Mercado Event Center em San Antonio, TX on April 28, 2018.

Baiz, who recently sparred former world champion, Ishe Smith (29-9, 12 KOs), is managed by Greg Hannley de Príncipe Rancho Boxe. After sparring Smith, Baiz is confident he can make some noise in the super welterweight division.

 

 

 

 

“When I was in Las Vegas for Lara vs. Hurd, I had a great sparring session with former world champion Ishe Smith, who is an accomplished fighter,” said Daniel Baiz. “Smith was impressed with my work, and I know if I continue to work hard in the gym, I’ll be ready to fight for a regional title soon. I have a tough fight with Mireles on Saturday, so that’s where my focus is right now.”

AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Abril 16, 2018) – Opponents have been announced for Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 13 KOs) e Damien “Açúcar” Vazquez (13-0, 7 KOs), who are both scheduled to fight on April 28, 2018 in Aguascalientes, MX, no “Feria de Campeones” cartão, promovida pela açúcar Promoções.

 

 

 

Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, will face Columbian power puncher, Davis Caceres(25-8, 20 KOs), in a 10-round main event bout, for the vacant WBC Silver Super Middleweight title. Vazquez, de Las Vegas, NV, will battle Venezuela’s Luis Golindano (9-0, 6 KOs), for the WBC Jr. Bantamweight Youth World title, in a 10-round co-main event clash.

 

 

 

In his last fight on the undercard of Victor Ortiz vs. Devon Alexander, Velazco scored an impressive 4th-round knockout over, Thomas Williams Jr. (20-4, 14KOs), who was ranked top ten in the world one time. Velazco’s powerful straight left to the head of Williams ended the bout, and the punch was the knockout of the night. AGUASCALIENTES, MX (Fevereiro 19, 2018) – Esse passado Sábado, no Don Haskins Center, em El Paso, TX, açúcar Promoções light-heavyweight prospect, Humberto “Tito” Velazco (19-1-1, 14 KOs), scored the knockout of the night, contra Thomas “Melhor cachorro” Williams Jr. (20-4, 14 KOs).
Velazco, who hails from Aguascalientes, México, rallied from an early first round knockdown, which was more of an off-balance circumstance. Velazco wasn’t hurt and evened the score in the second round with his own knockdown, catching Williams with a short right to the face, a punch he didn’t see coming. Williams survived the round but was walking on wobbly legs. Now in a rhythm, Velazco’s timing was on point as he sent Williams to the deck for the second time in round three, this time hurting him badly with combination of punches. Williams survived once again only to be stopped in round four when Velazco, a heavy-handed southpaw, blasted him with a straight left, forcing the referee to stop the bout at the 1:37 marca.
“It was a great feeling to get a knockout in my first fight in the united states,” said Humberto Velazco, que é gerido pelo Greg Hannley of Prince Ranch Boxing. “When I got up from the knockdown I wasn’t hurt, but it definitely woke me up. LAS VEGAS, NV (Setembro 24, 2017) – Unbeaten super-flyweight prospect, Damien “Açúcar” Vazquez (11-0, 6 KOs), makes his return to the ring on Outubro 14, 2017, at the Palenque de la Feria in Aguascalientes, México. Esta luta, scheduled for 8-rounds, will mark the third time this year that Vazquez will have stepped in the ring, as he looks to extend on is winning streak. An opponent will be announced shortly.
“It’s a good feeling knowing that I’ll be back in the ring after I just fought a few weeks ago.” said Vazquez. “My last fight happened on August 31st and I feel great. Camp has started and I’m going to be ready for anyone my management team puts in front of me. I’m going to Mexico once again to mark my territory. I love fighting out there because the crowds are very rowdy. Make no mistakes about it, I’m taking the super-flyweight division by storm.”
Co-trained by former world champion, Clarence “Ossos” Adams, Damien Vazquez is the younger brother of former two-time super-bantamweight world champion, Israel Vazquez, who also serves as his co-trainer. Dirigido pelo Prince Ranch Boxing’s Greg Hannley, Baiz showed his hometown fans why he is must watch boxing.
Toe-to-toe action commenced from the opening bell as both Biaz and his opponent Calzada, went right at each other. Biaz, a southpaw, was throwing hard punches, landing his signature straight left throughout the entire fight, in addition to his powerful right hooks. Calzada, stood his ground, but was getting beat to the punch. Calzada had his moments, but was outworked by Biaz, who was determined to come out victorious in front of his hometown fans. The fight was fought in a phone-booth for four rounds and the fans were thrilled to see these two warriors go at it. No final, Biaz came out on top as the score cards read 39-37 duas vezes, e 40-36, all in favor of Daniel.
“I’m just wanted to give my hometown fans a great show.” said Daniel Baiz, “This was my first time fighting at the Alamodome and it was a great experience. Calzada was a very tough opponent but I wasn’t going to be denied in front of all my family and friends. I know with hard work, I can put myself in a great position to land a big fight.’
