Las Vegas (Junio 4, 2015) ? Four-Time world champion Joel “El Cepillo” Casamayor has confirmed that he will appear and have a booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center for the second annual Skatola Fervorulo Ekspozicio tio okazos Saturday September 12, 2015. The Box Fan Expo will coincide with Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s last fight and Mexican independence weekend.
Casamayor was a great amateur boxer who won the gold medal for Cuba at Bantamweight during the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Hispanio. He then turned pro after defecting to the United States on the eve of the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. He is a former WBC, WBO, WBA and Ring Magazine champion.
Casamayor, will have merchandise to sell to his fans, as well as photos and memorabilia. He joins “Terrible” Terry Norris among early commitments to this year’s Box Fan Expo.

Newark, NJ (Junio 3, 2015)–Just two weeks after winning the 2015 Boxcino Jr, Middleweight tournament, John “Apollo Kidd” Thompson (17-1, 6 KO’s) is already getting back in shape and wants a quick ring return.
Thompson won his title by stopping Brandon Adams in two rounds on May 22 En Corona, Kalifornio, in what was the last show of ESPN Friday Night Fights.
“Everything is going well. I am already back working out. I have been receiving a lot of calls to do interviews and being acknowledged,” Diris Thompson.
“I am going back to down to camp this weekend and start preparing for my next fight.”
Thompson credits his self belief for his success and knows that the best is yet to come.
“I always had big confidence in myself. If you don’t believe in yourself, you already lost. My goal is to be number-one.”
“I am just ready to get back in the ring and put on a good show, entertain and continue to win,” finished Thompson.
