BELLATOR MMA INKS SERGEI KHARITONOV TO AN EXCLUSIVE, MULTI-FIGHT CONTRAT

SANTA MONICA (Février 3, 2015) - Sergei Kharitonov (23-5) is the newest free agent by Bellator MMA, with the news that the Russian heavyweight has been signed to an exclusive multi-year, contrat de plusieurs combat. Kharitonov’s resume is extensive, with the 35-year-old scoring wins against some of the sport’s most notable names including UFC Heavyweight Champion Fabricio Werdum, Andrei Arlovski, Pedro Rizzo, Murilo « Ninja » Rua, et Alistair Overeem.

“I have had the best seat in the house for some of Kharitonov’s heavyweight outings,"Bellator MMA président Scott Coker, “and I know Sergei [Kharitonov] can come in and make an immediate impact on our heavyweight division. He is an extremely skilled and experienced fighter who can end a fight in the blink of an eye, and we look forward to having him do just that inside the Bellator cage. Plus, he’s already competed at one ‘Dynamite’ event before, maybe he could do so again in the future!"

Kharitonov joins a division that is currently championed by fellow Russian fighter Vitaly Minakov, other top names include Bobby Lashley, Cheick Kongo, Vinicius Queiroz, Kimbo Slice, Tony Johnson, Justin Wren, Dan Charles, et James Thompson.

SANTA MONICA, Californie. (Janvier 12, 2016) - Ryan Couture (10-3) fera face Patricky "Pitbull" Freire (14-7) during the main card of "Bellator 148: Daley vs. Uhrich” en janvier 29 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Californie.

Bellator officials previously announced two welterweight attractions featuring a main event pitting British slugger Paul "Semtex" Daley (37-13-2) contre Andy Uhrich (11-5) and a rematch featuring Paul Bradley (22-6, 2 Caroline du Nord) contre Chris Honeycutt (6-0, 1 Caroline du Nord), which will serve as the co-main event. Rounding out the Spike-televised main card will be heavyweights Raphaël Butler (9-1) et Tony Johnson (9-2).

SANTA MONICA, Californie. (Janvier 6, 2015) – An injury sustained by Josh Koscheck (17-10) during training camp has derailed his Bellator MMA debut against Matt Secor (7-2), which was slated to be the main event of “Bellator 148” en janvier 29 à Save Mart Centre à Fresno, Californie.
