Petersburg, Russia (April 10, 2016) – M-1 Ipenija middleweight asiwaju Ramadan Emeev won last night at M-1 Ipenija 65 to advance to the M-1 Global Grand Prix Middleweight Championship, while undefeated challenger Alexey Kunchenkodefeated defending champion Murad “Hunter” Abdulaev to become the new M-1 Challenge welterweight titlist, at CSC Sibur Arena in St. Petersburg, Russia.

ST. Petersburg, Russia (March 16, 2016) – M-1 Challenge welterweight champion Murad “Hunter” Abdulaev will make his first title defense, April 8 ni M-1 Ipenija 65,against undefeated challenger Alexey Kunchenko at Ice Palace Sports Center in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Abdulaev vs. Kunchenko replaces the rescheduled M-1 Challenge lightweight championship bout between defending champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui ati Challenger Artem Damkovsky due to injuries suffered by both fighters during training camp.
M-1 Global has also announced an M-1 Ipenija 65 match between former M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Maxim Divinich and M-1 Global debuting Robert Turnquest.

Salita Promotions Signs Russian Super Bantamweight Vladimir Tikhonov

Promoter Dmitriy Salita of Salita Promotions proudly announces the signing of undefeated super bantamweight prospect Vladimir Tikhonov to a promotional contract.
A pro niwon 2008, the 25-year-old southpaw, from Saint Petersburg, Russia, sports an undefeated record of 13-0, 7 KOs. As an amateur boxer who finished with a record of 85-15, Tikhonov was a gold medallist at the 2008 All-Russia Class A Tournament 2008 in Togliatti and a silver medallist in 2007 and was recognized as the best boxer of the tournament. He has also been given the designation as a Sport Master of Russia.
Tikhonov has had only 13 njà in eight years and ventured out of his native country only once as a professional. Promoter Salita says that’s about to change.
Vladimir is an extremely talented fighter with excellent potential to become a world champion,” Said Ọrọ. “We are going to get him active and bring him to the United States where he can become known as a top contender in his division. Salita says Tikhonov’s first fight under his promotional banner will be announced shortly, but the focus will be on securing him a shot against one of the division’s best including WBA Champions Guillermo Rigondeaux and Scott Quigg, as well as IBF Champion Carl Frampton and WBO boss Nonito Donaire.

M-1 Global extends contracts with Ivan Buchinger, Stephan Puetz & Lee Morrison

ST. Petersburg, Russia (January 27, 2016) – M-1 Global Aare Vadim Finklechtein has announced contract extensions for M-1 featherweight championJohn “Eleyi jẹ awọn” Buchinger, former M-1 Challenge light heavyweight titlist Stephan “T-800” Puetz and top American featherweight contender Lee “American Bulldog” Morrison.

In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui ni M-1 Ipenija 62.
Puetz (13-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), fighting out of Germany, is an electrifying fighter who won the M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion in 2014, mu a ipinnu latiViktor Nemkov ni M-1 Ipenija 46. ST. Petersburg, Russia (January 12, 2016) – M-1 Ipenija middleweight asiwaju Ramadan Emeev has been named M-1 Global’s 2015 Onija ti Odun.

Russian welterweight Alexey Kunchenko was selected as “Afojusọna ti Odun,” nigba tiM-1 Ipenija 63 was the M-1 GlobalEvent of the Year.
