Abdulaev vs. Kunchenko title clash & Divnich vs. Turnquest fight added to M-1 Challenge 65 card April 8 di St. Petersburg, Rusia
 ST. PETERSBURG, Rusia (Mac 16, 2016) – M-1 Challenge welterweight champion Murad “Hunter” Abdulaev will make his first title defense, April 8 dalam M-1 Cabaran 65,against undefeated challenger Alexey Kunchenko at Ice Palace Sports Center in St. Petersburg, Rusia.
Abdulaev vs. Kunchenko replaces the rescheduled M-1 Challenge lightweight championship bout between defending champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui dan pencabar Artem Damkovsky due to injuries suffered by both fighters during training camp.
M-1 Global has also announced an M-1 Cabaran 65 match between former M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Maxim Divinich and M-1 Global debuting Robert Turnquest.
Ramadan Emeev (13-3-0, M-1: 7-1-0), reigning M-1 Challenge middleweight champion, takes on Brazilian challenger Maiquel “Big Rig” Falcao (35-8-0, M-1: 0-0-0) in the M-1 Challenge 65 Acara utama. Emeev vs. Falcao is an M-1 Grand Prix middleweight semifinals match with the winner advancing to the final later this year against the other M-1 Grand Prix middleweight semifinals winner, former three-time Bellator champion Alexander “Storm” Shlemenko (52-9-0, M-1: 3-0-0).

M-1 Global extends contracts with Ivan Buchinger, Stephan Puetz & Lee Morrison

ST. PETERSBURG, Rusia (Januari 27, 2016) – Presiden M-1 Global Vadim Finklechtein has announced contract extensions for M-1 featherweight championJohn “Inilah” Buchinger, former M-1 Challenge light heavyweight titlist Stephan “T-800” Puetz and top American featherweight contender Lee “American Bulldog” Morrison.
“We’ve prolonged the contract with M-1 Global veteran fighters Buchinger, Puetz and Morrison,” Finkelchtein said. “We constantly work on our roster to have the best possible fighters.”
 Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0), the 29-year-old from Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title in 2014, via a fourth-round knockout of Tural Raginov di M-1 Cabaran 52. In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui di M-1 Cabaran 62.  Puetz (13-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), fighting out of Germany, is an electrifying fighter who won the M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion in 2014, mengambil keputusan dariViktor Nemkov di M-1 Cabaran 46. A native of Ukraine fighting out of St. Petersburg, Vitruk (12-2-0, M-1: 6-2-0) is coming off back-to-back losses to American Lee Morrison by decision at M-1 Cabaran 55 dan Max Coga by third-round decision at M-1 Cabaran 58. Representing the famed Alexander Nevsky Club in St. Petersburg, Vitruk has a strong Muay Thai foundation. After fighting exclusively as a featherweight, Vitruk has decided to drop down one weight class and compete as a bantamweight.

Three World Champions Capture top honors in 2015 Russian MMA Super Cup
 Living legend and WMMAA Honorary President Fedor Emelianenko served as color commentator for the broadcast of the recent 2015 Russian MMA Super Cup
