ST. PETERSBURG, Rusio (Marto 16, 2016) – M-1 Challenge welterweight champion Murad “Hunter” Abdulaev will make his first title defense, Aprilo 8 Je M-1 Defio 65,against undefeated challenger Alexey Kunchenko at Ice Palace Sports Center in St. Petersburg, Rusio.
Abdulaev vs. Kunchenko replaces the rescheduled M-1 Challenge lightweight championship bout between defending champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui Kaj kontestanto Artem Damkovsky due to injuries suffered by both fighters during training camp.
M-1 Global has also announced an M-1 Defio 65 match between former M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Maxim Divinich and M-1 Global debuting Robert Turnquest.
Ramazan Emeev (13-3-0, M-1: 7-1-0), reigning M-1 Challenge middleweight champion, takes on Brazilian challenger Maiquel “Granda Rigo” Falcao (35-8-0, M-1: 0-0-0) en la M-1-Defio 65 Ĉefa evento. Salita Promotions Signs Russian Super Bantamweight Vladimir Tikhonov

Promoter Dmitriy Salita of Salita Promotions proudly announces the signing of undefeated super bantamweight prospect Vladimir Tikhonov to a promotional contract.
Profesia pro tio ke 2008, the 25-year-old southpaw, from Saint Petersburg, Rusio, sports an undefeated record of 13-0, 7 KOs. As an amateur boxer who finished with a record of 85-15, Tikhonov was a gold medallist at the 2008 All-Russia Class A Tournament 2008 in Togliatti and a silver medallist in 2007 and was recognized as the best boxer of the tournament. He has also been given the designation as a Sport Master of Russia.
Tikhonov has had only 13 Bataloj in eight years and ventured out of his native country only once as a professional. Promoter Salita says that’s about to change.
“Vladimir is an extremely talented fighter with excellent potential to become a world champion,” Dirita Salita. “We are going to get him active and bring him to the United States where he can become known as a top contender in his division. I am very happy to have formed this agreement with one of Russia’s best up-and-coming fighters.”
“I am excited to sign with Salita Promotions and look forward to fighting the best fighters in my division,” said Vladimir Tikhonov. “I have been boxing my whole life. My amateur and pro experience will be important in fights against top competition. I am very hungry to show that I am the best Super Bantamweight in the world.”

Salita says Tikhonov’s first fight under his promotional banner will be announced shortly, but the focus will be on securing him a shot against one of the division’s best including WBA Champions Guillermo Rigondeaux and Scott Quigg, as well as IBF Champion Carl Frampton and WBO boss Nonito Donaire.

PETERSBURG, Rusio (Januaro 27, 2016) – M-1 Tutmonda prezidanto Vadim Finklechtein has announced contract extensions for M-1 featherweight championIvan “Buki” Buchinger, former M-1 Challenge light heavyweight titlist Stephan “T-800” Puetz and top American featherweight contender Lee “American Bulldog” Morrison.
“We’ve prolonged the contract with M-1 Global veteran fighters Buchinger, Puetz and Morrison,” Finkelchtein said. “We constantly work on our roster to have the best possible fighters.”
Buchinger (30-4-0, M-1: 5-0-0), the 29-year-old from Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title in 2014, via a fourth-round knockout of Tural Raginov #?E M-1 Defio 52. In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Mansour “Tarzan” Barnaoui #?E M-1 Defio 62.
Puetz (13-2-0, M-1: 4-1-0), fighting out of Germany, is an electrifying fighter who won the M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion in 2014, prenanta decidon deViktor Nemkov #?E M-1 Defio 46. Puetz successfully defended his title twice in 2014 Kontraŭ Luis Fernando Miranda (SUB2 – ĉokilo) Kaj Valery Mykasnikov(KO/TKO2 – Stampiloj). ST. PETERSBURG, Rusio (Januaro 12, 2016) – M-1 Defio middleweight #?ampiono Ramazan Emeev has been named M-1 Global’s 2015 Batalanto de la Jaro.

Rusa veltero Alexey Kunchenko was selected as “Perspektivo de la Jaro,” DumM-1 Defio 63 was the M-1 Global “Event of the Year.”

Emeev (13-3-0, M1: 7-1-0), batalanta el Rusio, was a runaway winner as “Batalanto de la Jaro,” garnering 84.5-percent of the votes to easily outdistance runner-up Viktor Nemkov(23-5-0, M-1: 14-4-0), the reigning M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion.
Je 2015, Emeev won both of his M-1 fights with his title-winning submission (ĉokilo) of defending champion Vyacheslav Vasilevsky in the opening round of their rematch last April at M-1 Defio 56, and first title defense this past December 4Th #?E M-1 Defio 63 when American challenger Luigi “La itala Tanko” Fioravanti was unable to answer the bell for the third round.

Kunchenko (12-0-0, M-1: 4-0-0), the undefeated Russian, Venkita “Perspektivo de la Jaro” runner-up Adam “Barbo” Yandiev and third-place finisher Raul Tutarauli (6-3-0, M-1: 3-0-0). Kunchenko won all five of his fights in 2015, highlighted by his opening-round stoppages of Dez Parker #?E M-1 Defio 57 Kaj Alexandre Ramos #?E M-1 Defio 62.

M-1 Defio 63 was headlined by the highly entertaining rematch between defending M-1 Challenge light heavyweight champion Stephan Puetz, de Germanio, and Nemkov, De Rusio, in the latter’s victory by five-round decision.
