MICHELLE CORRALES-LEWIS Named New CEO / President of the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Octobre 5, 2016) – Le Nevada boxe Hall of Fame (NVBHOF) a non-profit charitable organization which donates to boxing-related causes, is happy to announce Michelle Corrales-Lewis as its new CEO/President. Respected boxing announcer, Rich Marotta, who founded the NVBHOF in 2012, steps down after devoting years of his life to get the organization off the ground.
With a number of boxing greats already inducted, which include world champion fighters, judges, coaches and promoters, the NVBHOF has rapidly established itself as prestigious group not only here in Las Vegas, but around the world. The NVBHOF has multiple fundraising events throughout the year, helping local boxing organizations fulfill their goals to keep boxing alive within the community.
“I took this organization as far as I could and I’m very comfortable where it is at today,” said Rich Marotta. “Michelle is on the scene in Las Vegas, has a myriad of contacts, both in business and with the boxing community, surtout les combattants, and is more than ready to completely run the company. She is incredibly capable and has been an indefatigable agent for growth of the NVBHOF the past three years, taking on additional responsibilities each and every year. It brings me great pleasure to announce her as the new CEO of the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame.”
After serving as the NVBHOF Chief Operating Officer for many years, Michelle Corrales-Lewis, is thrilled at her new position within the organization.
“It’s an honor to be chosen as the new CEO of the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame,” said Michelle Corrales-Lewis, widow of former multiple world champion and 2013 NVBHOF inductee, Diego Corrales. “Rich Marotta did a fantastic job building the organization from ground up. His immense work ethic is a great example of how I plan to continue the vision he set forth. My goal is to find a home for the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame, one where fans from all around the world can visit on regular basis. The boxing community is filled with wonderful people that we will honor as inductees each year. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful opportunity that has been presented to me by my dear friend Rich Marotta.”

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Septembre 14, 2016) – Fans are welcome to join the Nevada boxe Hall of Fame cetteSamedi, Septembre 17, 2016 as they will host their very first“Fight Night with the Champs” fundraising event. Le Saul “Canelo” Alvarez vs. Liam Smith PPV fight will be on display. This event is being held at the stunning Loco Cantina Restaurant, located at Town Square, à Las Vegas, Nevada.
This will be one big fight party that fans will be able to enjoy with several boxing professionals, including current and former champions, arbitres, commentators and judges. LAS VEGAS, Nevada (Juillet 27, 2016) – Le 4e Annual Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame Ceremony kicks off ce vendrediJuillet, 29, 2016, with a meet and greet at the world renowned Caesars Palace à Las Vegas. The daylong event will commence from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and take place at Caesars Palace on the 3e floor outside the Palace Ballroom in the pre function area. Boxing champions from past and present will be on hand to sign autographs and take photos with those in attendance. The event is open to the public. Charity donations, which will be donated to local boxing programs, will be accepted during the event.
Samedi Juillet, 30, 2016, eleven members of the boxing fraternity will be honored with induction into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame. In the boxer category, Riddick Bowe, Ray Mancini, Christy Martin, Pernell Whitaker,Ricardo Lopez et Freddie Little will be inducted, and all six have confirmed their attendance. In the non-boxer category, formateurs Kenny Adams, Thell Torrence et Johnny Tocco are the honorees, and will be joined by boxing writer Tim Dahlberg and broadcaster Jacques “Smitty” Forgeron. Malheureusement, Tocco passed away in 1997, but all of the others are confirmed to be on-scene for their inductions.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada. — Superstar poids lourds Lennox Lewis, le dernier champion poids lourd incontesté et qui a remporté une médaille d'or olympique avec une victoire sur Riddick Bowe et remporté des victoires professionnelles sur la boxe légendes telles que Mike Tyslan, Evander Holyfield et Vitali Klitschko, confirmé Mercredi qu'il sera de retour à Las Vegas ce week-end pour assister à la Nevada Salle de Boxe de troisième gala annuel d'induction de la renommée du Caesars Palace le samedi, Août 8.

 

Lewis est la dernière d'une tripotée de stars qui ont annoncé qu'ils vont assister à la cérémonie de gala d'induction populaire. En plus de Lewis Nevada boxe Hall of Fame a confirmé que Marvelous Marvin Hagler, Felix Trinidad, Marco Antonio Barrera,Eddie Mustafa Muhammad et Roger Mayweather sera également assister à l'événement de haut-profil en tant que nouveaux membres du Nevada boxe Hall of Fame.

 

Lewis, qui était 41-2-1 avec 32 KO et a eu une victoire sur chaque homme ait jamais fait face dans le ring, est l'une des têtes d'affiche du NVBHOF de 2015 classe de intronisés, choisi dans le Nevada non catégorie de boxeur.

 

Lewis vengé les deux seules pertes de sa carrière, arrêter la fois Oliver McCall et Hasim Rahman après avoir perdu leur plus haut.

Le prochain Championnat du Monde carte lutte pour le titre verra également Champ canadienne Heavyweight Dillon “Big Country” Carman défendre son titre contre légendaire Donovan “Rasoir” Ruddock.

Las Vegas (Avril 22, 2015) – La soirée des filles qui font rage: Atteindre de nouveaux sommets présenté par BÉBÉ EN RAGE aura lieu le Avril 29, 2015, à trois jours du combat du siècle, Mayweather contre Pacquiao. Plus de 100 des femmes les plus prestigieuses et influentes de la boxe ont été invitées à assister à cet événement exclusif. La soirée Raging Babe se tiendra à Cuisine mexicaine Chayo + Tequila Bar, situé dans la promenade Linq à Las Vegas. Après le dîner, les femmes de boxe profiteront des meilleures vues de Las Vegas à bord de la plus haute roue d'observation du monde, le High Roller qui présente 28 cabines passagers sphériques pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 40 passagers chacun, et est éclairé par des lumières LED multicolores dynamiques la nuit.
