LOS ANGELES (Novembre 14, 2018) – Former multiple-division world champion Robert “The Ghost” Guerrier and former heavyweight title challenger Chris “The Nightmare” Arreola will make their ring returns as part of an exciting night of undercard action presented by Premier Boxing Champions Saturday, Décembre 1 vivre de Staples Center à Los Angeles.

One of the sport’s most fearless warriors, Guerrier (33-6-1, 18 KOs) will return the ring for a 10-round welterweight attraction in his first action since July 2017. Representing the Bay Area and fighting out of Gilroy, Californie, Guerrero’s championship run began at featherweight in 2006 and went through a memorable 2012 triumph over Andre Berto for an interim welterweight championship. Along the way Guerrero has challenged and often engaged in memorable wars against the likes of Floyd Mayweather, Keith Thurman and Danny Garcia.
Born in Los Angeles, Arreola (36-5-1, 31 KOs) fights for the first time since challenging for Wilder’s WBC title in 2016 and will match up against Houston’s Maurenzo Smith (20-10-4, 13 KOs) dans une attraction de 10 tours. Integrated Sports Media Announces agreement to distribute DAZN programming to U.S.commercial establishments

TENAFLY, N.J. (Novembre 14, 2018) — Médias Intégré Sports (ISM), one of the leading distributors of combat sports programming in North America, has announced it has a signed, exclusive agreement to distribute DAZN programming to commercial establishments in the United States.
ISM will be responsible for distributing DAZN programming in the U.S. to bars, restaurants, casinos and sports books.
“We’re thrilled to distribute DAZN programming in the U.S. market and help grow its reach across the country,” ISM president Doug Jacobs dit. “We have a signed deal to distribute DAZN’s world-class combat sports programming like Golden Boy Promotions, Bellator MMA and Matchroom Boxing.”
DAZN’s recent groundbreaking deal with superstar Saul “Canelo” Alvarez to its live and on-demand services for his next 11 fights strengthens DAZN’s promise to revolutionize the way fans watch sports, as well as signals the beginning of the end for traditional pay-per-views events.
ISM is distributing its first DAZN boxing program on Saturday, Décembre 15, showcasing Alvarez (50-1-2, 34 KOs), who will move up one weight class for his Madison Square Garden debut in New York City. FOX SPORTS AND PREMIER BOXING CHAMPIONS ANNOUNCE EIGHT TITLE FIGHTS OVER FIRST THREE MONTHS, SPENCE JR. VS. GARCIA, MARS 16
LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports and Premier Boxing Champions today announced eight televised world title fights in the first three months of the new deal, featuring eight world champions and more than two dozen of the world’s best boxers going toe-to-toe. The schedule includes five world-class boxing fight nights live on FOX and FOX Deportes, four more on FS1 and FOX Deportes, and the first FOX PBC Pay-Per-View in March.

He faces perhaps the toughest test of his career in Serrano, a 29-fight veteran whose five losses have come against opponents with a combined fight night record of 89-1-1.
Training under his father Bozy, who also trained Jaron’s older brothers Derek Jr. and Farah, the 21-year-old undefeated prospect puts in work in what he describes as an ‘old-school’ training camp consisting of chopping wood, flipping tires and climbing rope. With victory in his hometown on his mind this Friday, Ennis vows to become a household name in the sport of boxing.
“When you’re a boxer from Philly, it means you have to put on a show,” says Ennis. “I love fighting at home, that’s the best feeling ever. People let the crowd get to them, I just feel at home. I feel comfortable and relaxed. I get to show out on SHOWTIME in Philly, get a win and look good doing it.

Super Prospect Shoh Ergashev Brutalizes Ramsey with First-Round KO, Saturday in Chicago

Uzbekistani super lightweight Shohjahon “Shoh” Ergashev showed why he’s the new 140-lb fighter to watch in boxing last Saturday, Novembre 10, au pavillon de l'UIC à Chicago, as he destroyed opponent Zack Ramsey in the first round.
The current WBA International Super Lightweight Champion, Ergashev (maintenant 14-0, 13 KOs), tore into Ramsey from the opening bell of their scheduled six-rounder, dropping him within the first 15 seconds with a right hand and finishing it at 1:09 with a thudding body shot.
Fighting on the undercard of the World Boxing Super Series Cruiserweight Tournament doubleheader Ergashev elicited “oohs and ahhhs” from the crowd with his brutal display of force. Former unified super lightweight and current welterweight champion Terence Crawford was among the impressed onlookers in the crowd.
Ergashev’s promoter, Dmitriy Salita, says that in preparation for this fight, Ergashev had been knocking out heavyweights in the Kronk Gym where he trains.
“Shohjahon is one of the hardest punchers in any weight class,»Dit Salita. “His skills and physical strength make him not only one of the best in his division, but I believe one of the most exciting and powerful fighters in all of boxing.”
26-year-old Ergashev growls that he’s ready for anyone in the world.
“I want to fight the best names in the division and look forward to having an opponent that can last some rounds with me! I am coming!"

COLORADO SPRINGS, Tour. (Novembre 12, 2018) – La fin Tom Cleary a été l'un des arbitres les plus respectés au monde au cours de son illustre carrière. Il rejoint un groupe restreint dans la classe de 2018 être intronisé au Temple de la renommée de l'Association des anciens de boxe américaine.
La deuxième annuelle de l'Association des anciens Etats-Unis de boxe Hall of Fame réception, tenue conjointement avec le 2018 USA Boxing Elite et Championnats nationaux de la jeunesse et junior et préparation ouverte, Décembre 2-8, aura lieu Décembre 7, à l'Hôtel Radisson (215 S. Temple Saint) à Salk Lake City, Utah.
En plus de Cleary, la classe de 2018 comprend également les États-Unis. Médaillés par équipe olympique et monde (professionnel) champions Roy Jones, Jr., Andre Ward et Claressa Shields, ainsi qu'un ancien directeur national des entraîneurs de boxe américaine, la fin Emanuel Steward.
La classe charter intronisée l'année dernière incluait Muhammad Ali et Evander Holyfield, ainsi que des entraîneurs vétérans Roosevelt Sanders et Tom Coulter.
Un résident de longue date de Westchester, Ohio, Cleary était membre de la boxe américaine depuis 1982, et il a été chef des officiels de la National Collegiate Boxing Association de 2002 jusqu'à son décès en mai 21, 2017.
Il a arbitré dans 12 différents pays, sur quatre continents, en tant qu'officiel international désigné par l'AIBA. Tom a obtenu une cote de trois étoiles et il a été sélectionné pour travailler les World Series of Boxing.
“Le dévouement de Tom pour la boxe amateur et le respect qu'il a acquis des boxeurs, les entraîneurs et les collègues officiels sont incomparables,” dit Chris Tofflemire, Association des anciens Etats-Unis de boxe Directeur exécutif. “L'Association des anciens a catégoriquement approuvé son cas pour le Temple de la renommée, et son intronisation a été reçue à la fois par ses proches, ainsi que toute la communauté de boxe amateur. L’engagement de Tom à servir la boxe américaine est un excellent exemple pour nous tous et nous ne pourrions pas être plus fiers de l’appeler membre de la classe du Temple de la renommée de cette année.”
Tom n'a jamais oublié d'où il venait, consacrant d'innombrables heures à la jeunesse de Cincinnati, en plus d'aider les clubs de boxe à fonctionner efficacement dans toute sa communauté pendant plus d'un quart de siècle.
Le 2017 Officiel NCBA de l'année, Tom a travaillé local, régional, nationale, International, niveaux mondiaux et olympiques de boxe. Les points forts comprenaient le travail de nombreux États-Unis. Championnats nationaux, quatre États-Unis. Essais olympiques (2000, 2004, 2008 & 2012) et la 2007 Championnats du monde à Chicago.
“Quand j'étais jeune entraîneur à l'Air Force Academy,” Entraîneur de boxe USA Ed Weichers commenté, “nous devions remplacer un arbitre de premier ordre de l'AIBA qui prenait sa retraite. Nous recherchions une personne hautement qualifiée et Tom Cleary a été recommandé. Il est sorti le lendemain 25 années consécutives. Tom était l'un des meilleurs arbitres. Il se souciait tellement de la sécurité des boxeurs et Tom était également un mentor précieux.
“Tom était un homme merveilleux que tout le monde aimait. Il a administré des cliniques d'arbitrage aux États-Unis et a toujours aidé ceux qui en avaient besoin, jeunes et adultes. Le travail de Tom dans la région de Cincinnati a influencé tant de boxeurs et d'entraîneurs pendant plus de 25 ans. Il nous manque énormément.”

Tom laisse dans le deuil sa femme, Diane, leurs deux enfants et huit petits-enfants.
Le leadership et le mentorat de Tom Cleary ont inspiré tous ceux qui ont eu la chance de le rencontrer. Il se souciait passionnément des boxeurs avec lesquels il partageait la bague, offrant des conseils avant, pendant et après les combats.
