The 28-year-old dropped a close decision to longtime contender Elvin Ayala on March 28 but had previously won nine of his first 11 pro fights by knockout. Born in Romania, but fighting out of Las Vegas, Gavril looks to get back on the right track on Abril 30.

 

The 28-year-old Hunter has lost his last three fights but has certainly faced tough competition having battled undefeated fighters in 13 of his pro fights. Fighting out of Seattle, Hunter will look to pull off an upset on Abril 30 in Las Vegas.

With each, Santiago, who is managed by Moz Gonzalez and Eddie Woods, gets closer to a goal of being a world champion.
“I think in the next 12 mesos, I want to be fighting for some regional titles and hopefully they will lead to the biggest opportunities. I am looking for another seven fights in 2015.”
“I have always had a high confidence level. I still get nerves here and there but that is common in all fighters. But I always have a lot of confidence. I just want to thank everyone who has supported me and I know I will have continued success.”

Miguel Cotto (39-4, 32 Nocauts) is the reigning WBC and Ring Magazine middleweight world champion and the first native of Puerto Rico to become world champion in four different weight classes. He is the former WBO junior welterweight world champion, the former WBA welterweight world champion, the former WBO welterweight world champion and the former WBA super welterweight world champion. He also represented Puerto Rico in the 2000 Jocs Olímpics de Sydney, Austràlia. Cotto has had 22 world championship fights, compiling a record of 18-4 amb 15 knockouts in those bouts. After two successful title defenses, including a unanimous-decision victory over Ghanaian Osumanu Adama (20-2, 15 Nocauts), Geale stunned Germany’s Felix Sturm (37-2-2, 16 Nocauts) to win the WBA middleweight title, unifying the titles in 2012. A year later on August 17, 2013, Geale lost his IBF middleweight title to Darren Barker (25-1, 16 Nocauts) via a split-decision in Atlantic City. He bounced back six months later with a sixth round technical knockout victory over Garth Wood (12-3-1, 8 Nocauts). Al juliol 26, 2014, in an event televised by HBO World Championship Boxing, Geale faced off against undefeated WBA Middleweight World Champion Gennady Golovkin (29-0, 26 KO ') a la Ciutat de Nova York, but came up short in trying to reclaim his former title.
