Nueva York, Nueva York (Abril 26, 2015) – Boyd “Rainmaker” Melson will serve as a special guest speaker Martes, Abril 28 as part of a special fundraiser for the Rutgers Student Society for Stem Cell Research. The event is named “Knocking out Spinal Cord Injury One Punch at a Time” and benefits Rutgers’W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience. Admission is $4 and the start time is 8 Primer ministro. The fundraiser is taking place at the Busch Student Center’s Multipurpose Room.

In addition to Melson’s speech, there will be performers from the Rutgers Belly Dancing Troupe and RU Salsa Club. Dinner is also included for all attendees.

A close friend of the Rutgers Foundation through his involvement and donations to Spinal Cord Injury research, Melson’s generosity has helped make him one of the biggest local attractions on the east coast. La 2003 West Pointgraduate is a former world military champion and founded Team Fight to Walk along with best friend Christan Zaccagnino. As a pro, Melson is 14-1-1 con 4 triunfos por nocaut. CHICAGO (Abril 25, 2015) – Premier Campeones de boxeo Chicago tomó por asaltoViernes noche con una tarjeta de pelea emocionante con tres peleas cautivantes en Espiga desde el UIC Pavilion.

Chester, Pensilvania (Abril 24, 2015)–MAÑANA POR LA NOCHE!!, Abril 25, el boxeo vuelve a Harrahs Filadelfia con una tarjeta excelente promovido por Promociones del Rey y XFE.

En el evento principal, invicto peso ligero Omar Douglas verá acción en un combate a seis asaltos cuando ahora lucha ex retador mundial Daniel Attah (28-19-1, 11 Nocáuts) de Washington, D.C.

En uno de los combates preliminares anticipados, invicto peso ligero Angel Ocasio (7-0-2, 2 Nocáuts) asumirá duro veterano Justin Johnson en un combate programado a seis rounds.

Bryant Jennings will be fighting for the World Heavyweight Championship and Jesse Hart will be fighting on the undercard of the most anticipated Fight of the Century, Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas.

Este Sábado, 25 de abril, Philadelphia’s own undefeated American boxer, Bryant “Por-By” Jennings, (19-0, 10 KOs) takes on Wladimir “Dr. Martillo de acero” Klitschko (63-3, 54 KOs) from Kiev, Ukraine at the famed Madison Square Garden. Jennings will be joined by the legendary trainer Fred Jenkins and promoter Gary Shaw. “Bryant is very focused with a strong work ethic. We believe he’s going to upset Klitschko and are looking forward to “Por-By” bringing the World Heavyweight Championship belts back to Philadelphia.” said Billy Creagh of Sumo Steaks.

Coincidentally In 1971, North Philadelphia’s Joe Frazier beat Muhammad Ali and won the World Heavyweight Championship at Madison Square Garden in which was called “the Fight of the Century.” It was so big the ring announcer said, “Ladies and Gentlemen, we are not going to introduce the celebrities at ringside esta noche, because everybody is here esta noche.”
