Smith, ny 2008 National Golden Gloves Champion and 2007 Junior Olaimpika National Champion, debuted on ShoBox in November of 2015, scoring a hard-fought unanimous decision over Benjamin Whitaker. Ny 5-tongotra-7, 26-taona, will make his third start of the year after taking 2016 off to recover from and ACL injury and the loss of both of his parents within six months of each other. Smith has knocked out both of his opponents this year, Marquis Hawthorne and Edgar Gabejan.
Smith set up training camp in Southern Jersey, and has prepared for this bout with complete focus, and is ready to become a player in the junior welterweight division.
“Camp has been good, and I had a lot of top-notch sparring,” Hoy Smith. “I have been doing a lot of strength and conditioning. This has been a wonderful camp, ary amin'ny July 14th, the fans will see the best Keenan Smith.”

With a win over Baranchyk, Smith feels he can become an immediate contender at junior welterweight.

Smith’s promoter Vito Mielnicki of GH3 Promotions is fully behind his fighter and believes a breakout performance is in store for Jolay 14.
“This will be Keenan’s chance to show what we already know: That he is a vastly talented fighter who has the goods to go a long way in this sport,” Mielnicki said. “He has the pedigree and now this is the stage where he becomes a real commodity in boxing. We are looking for a shining performance on Jolay 14.”

“Everything is good. I get great sparring, and I have been focusing on my footwork as well as the little things,” said Montano.
Montano, who is set to finish High School, was juggling school and training as he turned professional.
“It was hard to do that. I missed some school, but finishing is important to me. I have been taken a couple Summer classes, and I will have my diploma in the next month.”
“I would love to fight twice a month and get to 10-0 by the end of the year. That way I can also be active and in front of crowds to build my fan base.”
Being with a management team that includes Williams, a five-time pro bowl selection, has been a positive influence on the 18 taona.
“Trent sees me as being on a path to success that he has achieved. He guides me, and we have a great friendship. He has shown me how to be a professional and we have talks about hard work and getting to the top of our profession.”
Montano’s describes his style as diverse, and the eighteen year-old is looking to take care of business in the light heavyweight division, and he feels that he will grow into boxing’s glamour division.
“I am a boxer-puncher that has an aggressive and vicious streak that throws every punch with bad intentions. I am looking to be a major player at light heavyweight and I feel I will grow into a heavyweight. I want to change boxing, and bring excitement and entertainment back to the sport, and have people remember as the Muhammad Ali or Mike Tyson of my time.”

Taylor has already picked up three victories in 2017, including her most recent triumph over previously unbeaten Nina Meinke in April. Taylor seeks a professional world title after a sensational amateur career that saw her twice represent her country in the Olympics, including a gold medal-winning performance in 2012, in addition to five gold medals in the AIBA Women’s World Boxing Championships.

 

Originally from Cork, Irlandy, Murphy returned to his home country to fight as a professional for the first time in February when he won an eight-round decision over Avelino Vazquez. The 22-year-old fights out of Woodlawn, NY and will look to pick up his fourth victory this year after most recently earning a decision over Brian Jones in May. Murphy seeks his third professional win at Barclays Center and second this year after beating Maxito Sainvil in January.

NEW YORK (Jolay 6, 2017) – Consensus top-10 heavyweight Jarrell "Big Baby" Miller will make his hometown debut just down the block from where he was born when he faces former world title challenger Gerald Washington at Barclays Center, tany an-tranon'i Brooklyn Ady Totohondry, after an 11-month hiatus.

 

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound undefeated Miller (18-0-1, 16 Kos) will meet dangerous heavyweight contender and former college football player, Washington (18-1-1, 12 Kos) in a 10-round showdown on Asabotsy, Jolay 29. Highlights of Miller vs. Washington will air on SHOWTIME (9 p.m. SY/6 p.m. PT), part of a SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING doubleheader headlined by Adrien Broner and Mikey Garcia.

The confident and hard-hitting Miller has knocked out seven consecutive opponents since his pro debut in 2009. Following a voluntary layoff due to contractual disputes, the 28-year-old former professional kickboxer will take a step up in opposition when he faces Washington, a U.S. Navy veteran who challenged heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder earlier this year in a hard-fought bout.

 

“The day has been set and it can’t come soon enough,” said Miller. “Fighting is my life and being able to make my debut at Barclays Center is beyond monumental. This will be a night to remember for me, my family and for the fans.”

Ranked No. 5 ny WBO sy No. 7 by the WBA and IBF, Miller earned three stoppage victories in 2016, including a third-round TKO over veteran Fred Kassi in his 2016 headlining fight on ShoBox: The New Generation, where he landed 57 isan-jato ny heriny tifitra.

The 6-foot-6 Washington, 35, is a well-rounded athlete from Vallejo, Kalifornia. who turned to pro boxing in 2012. He played football under Pete Carroll and Steve Sarkisian at University of Southern California and was part of the Buffalo Bills and Seattle Seahawks practice squads before turning to boxing. Washington holds victories over experienced one-time Wladimir Klitschko foe Eddie Chambers and veteran Ray Austin. He will be making his East Coast debut on Jolay 29.

CANCUN, Meksika (Jolay 6 2017) – The third installment of the 2017 “Cancun Boxing” andian, presented by Pepe Gomez Boxing in association with Neon Star Sports & Entertainment, will air this Saturday night (Jolay 7) in North America, manomboka amin'ny 8 p.m. SY / 5 p.m. PT, on CBS Sports Network. Former IBF/WBO Minimumweight World Champion Francisco “Chihuas” Rodriguez, Jr. (22-4-1, 14 Kos) fought late replacement Rolando “El Duende” Gusman (15-3, 9 Kos), of Argentina, in the 12-round WBC Flyweight World Title Eliminator.
