M-1 Global extends contracts with Ivan Buchinger, Стефан Puetz & Ли Morrison

Buchinger (30-4-0, М-1: 5-0-0), the 29-year-old from Slovakia, captured the vacant M-1 Challenge featherweight title in 2014, via a fourth-round knockout of Tural Raginov жанында М-1 Challenge 52. In his last fight this past October, Buchinger successfully defended his title with a unanimous decision over current M-1 Challenge lightweight champion Мансұр “Тарзан” Barnaoui жанында М-1 Challenge 62.

Promoter Greg Cohen of Greg Cohen Promotions says he could not be happier with the performance turned in last Friday night by the fighter he co-promotes (with Dmitriy Salita of Salita Promotions), undefeated heavyweight slugger Jarrell “Үлкен Baby” Миллер.

“I was throwing my combinations, using my legs like my dad told me to do. I knew he was going to come to fight. He’s a rugged warrior. I’m back where I belong. I am now a two-division world champion.

Said Vasquez, “Of course I won the fight, but Martinez is a tough competitor, a tough Mexican fighter. I tried to mix it up with him a little bit, but there was no sense in me trying to do that. I could have easily outboxed him, which I started to do, but I wanted more. I was just starting to warm up.
