Nju Jork, NY (Korrik 18, 2018)–It was a perfect weekend for Split-T Management, as six members of Boxing’s deepest management stable remained undefeated with impressive victories.
Teofimo Lopez announced himself to the lightweight division with an impressive 6th round stoppage over William Silva.

Undefeated and world ranked Erick De Leon showed guts and heart to win a 10-round unanimous decision over Adrian Young in a super featherweight bout.
DeLeon dislocated his shoulder when he fell in the 1st round, and then came back to dominate and win the remaining nine rounds, with final scores of 98-91 dhe 97-92 dy herë.
De Leon was able to fight on despite the severity of the shoulder injury which required hospitalization following the fight.

De Leon of Detroit remains undefeated at 18-0-1. Young Los Mochis, MEX falls to 25-5-2.
Also in New Orleans,super mesme Tyler Howard of Crossville,Tennessee made it 15-0 me 10 knockouts by registering a 2nd round stoppage over Javier Frazier.
Raquel Miller remained undefeated by winning a six-round unanimous decision over Tifffany Woodard in a middleweight bout. The fight took place at the Fairmont Hotel in Miller’s hometown of San Francisco.
Miller won by shutout scores of 60-54 on all cards to raise her unblemished mark of to 7-0.
Anthony Barnes won a six-round majority decision over Dwayne Williams at The Motor City Casino in Barnes’ hometown of Detroit.
Barnes is now 11-0.

Mattice isn’t looking past Hamazaryan, and he knows he needs to be victorious for his career to get to the next level.

Undefeated and world ranked Junior Lightweight Erick De Leon shows heart in winning unanimous decision over Adrian Young in New Orleans

NEW YORK–World Ranked Junior Lightweight Erick De Leon showed the heart of a champion by fighting 9 1/2 rounds with an injured shoulder, but still won just about every round in his ten round unanimous decision over tough veteran, Adrian Young.

The bout took place at The Lakefront Arena in New Orleans and was shown live on ESPN+.

De Leon was knocked down in the 1st round with a left hook. De Leon dislocated his shoulder in that same round, and fought through his injury. De Leon fought well over the next nine rounds. De Leon boxed very well over the final nine rounds to get the victory by scores of 98-91 dhe 97-92 dy herë.

How did you get your nickname, ‘The Train”?

 

 

 

NL: “My friend started calling me Nate Train back in late middle school. I added ‘the’ in there so I could talk shit on the football field in high school, I just liked saying: ‘You just got ran over by the Train!’ When I started fighting is was a no-brainer. I was very good at football and that’s where I fell in love with contact and hard hits.”

 

Where does your aggressive behavior, physically and verbally, come from?

 

 

 

NL: “I’ve always been loud and confident. Më shumë, I loved to show off and talk shit, so I got myself in many, many fights. I was not a bull. I was too small for that, but I would get myself in a situation and have to fight my way out of it.”

How have you been treated by Russian fans?

 

 

 

NL: “After the last two fights, I have had the biggest lines of fans to take pictures and sign autographs. What makes me special is my passion and heart. You may not remember the whole fight, but you will remember the feeling you had when you see a Nate the Train show!”

 

What do you expect from the champion, Khamzat Dalgiev?

 

 

DL: “I expect a highly motivated man ready to do whatever it takes to keep that title, fighting in front of his fans and in his home country, but it won’t be enough to defeat me. This has Fight of the Year written all over it, followed by Knockout of the Night for me. I am willing to walk through hell to become a world champion and nothing can stop me right now. I’m a man on a mission that started with a boy and his dream.”

Sims, who was a former National Amateur champion, has been off since suffering his only professional blemish, when he dropped a majority decision to Rolando Chinea, and subsequently had elbow surgery. He is eager to get back in the ring, and prove he’s one of the best prospects in the 140-pound division.

“Love is a good fighter,” Sims said. “We fought when we were kids. We were about 15 vjeç. I won that fight, but that does not mean anything as we head into this fight.”

 

 

 

Sims has extra motivation, as he feels that in the loss to Chinea, he was not at his best physically, and he vows to put on a great performance.

 

 

 

“I am super motivated. The last fight upped my motivation. It’s amazing, to see some of the people who have rooted for me in the past are now saying negative stuff about me. A win will get me back on track. I have been sparring with Regis Prograis, and that has lifted my game up even more.”

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (Korrik 17, 2018) – The newest entity in MMA, MMA Pro League, has secured a multi-fight deal with FloSports to exclusively stream all MMA Pro League action live on their worldwide combat sports site, FloCombat.com.

 

 

 

This deal will begin with MMA Pro League’s inaugural event that will now take place E shtunë, Shtatë. 15, at the new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City and feature Team New Jersey and head coach Dan Miller of the Miller Brothers taking on Team Pennsylvania, who are led by head coach Daniel Gracie of the renowned Gracie family.

Fights streaming on FloCombat.com will include main card team action and preliminary matches, with the prelim bouts also available on FloCombat’s Facebook page. In the weeks leading up to live MMA Pro League events, both MMA Pro League and FloCombat will utilize their social and digital media platforms to provide content to fans such as regular updates from training camps, coverage of fight week activities including weigh-in and team workouts, plus original behind-the-scenes video.
