PAR DE LESÕES FORÇAM ALTERAÇÕES NO CARTÃO PRINCIPAL DO ‘BELLATOR 160: HENDERSON VS. PITBULL '

CODY WALKER AVANÇA NO CURTO AVISO PARA DESAFIAR A.J. MCKEE, ENQUANTO GEORGI KARAKHANYAN-BUBBA JENKINS MUDOU PARA O CARTÃO SPIKE-TELEVISED

SANTA MONICA, CALIFÓRNIA (Agosto 16, 2016) - Apenas nove dias antes do tão esperado "Bellator 160: Henderson vs. Pitbull ” evento em Agosto 26 no Honda Center em Anaheim, Calif., ferimentos sofridos por lutadores do card principal Henry Corrales e Lena Ovchynnikova abalou um pouco as coisas. Invicto pluma A.J.

On fighting in a special weekend edition of MMA and Boxing on Spike
It’s going to be a great weekend of fights on Spike. Na Sexta-Feira, you got top level MMA fighters like Benson Henderson throwing down. He’s always giving the fans their money’s worth. No Sábado, you got Alfredo Angulo and myself, who always bring excitement to the ring. We’re never in boring fights. Contudo, there’s going to be a lot of action packed fights that weekend. Everyone should be tuning in that’s for sure.
On his recent training camp
There’s been a lot of hard work that’s been put into this recent training camp. My dad and I have been grinding daily to get ready for this fight. It’s been a productive camp though. I got a lot of rounds sparring with top guys. I’m in tip top shape and ready to go.
On facing tough Argentine David Emanuel Peralta
Anytime you’re facing a fighter from Argentina you know you’re in for a tough fight. Peralta knows this is his chance to make a name for himself so I know he’s coming with his very best. He’s had a lot of time to prepare for this fight but I’ll be well prepared for anything he brings. He’s going to realize once he’s in the ring with me that I’m not some washed up fighter like some may think. I got plenty of fight left in me and Peralta will find out what I’m all about on August 27th.”
On the importance of coming out victorious
It’s very important that I win this fight at all cost. The welterweight division has plenty of good fighters that I want to get in the ring with. So it’s a must that I win this fight. I’m not taking Peralta lightly. I’m coming to win and win impressively.
On fighting in Anaheim at the Honda Center
Anytime you’re fighting in Southern California, you know the fans are going to be passionate about the fights. They love to see a lot of action and that’s exactly what they’ll see when I step in the ring. The Honda Center is a top level venue where the fans will all have a great seat. I’m looking forward to fighting in front of the SoCal fans once again.

Angulo will take on Mexican veteran Freddy Hernandez in a middleweight tilt while Gausha is opposed by the Bronx’s Steve Martinez in super welterweight action. PBC on Spike is part of back-to-back nights of combat sports on the network as Bellator takes the stage Sexta-feira night in Anaheim.
The fighters spoke to media at Ten Goose Boxing as they prepare for a night of action in front of the lively Southern California boxing fans.
Alfredo Angulo
I’ve been training hard since the beginning of the year. I’m ready to get back in the ring and put on a show for the fans.
I love entertaining the fans. I want to keep going out there and fighting for the fans. I want to be in big fights that fans remember.
I know that this will be a very entertaining fight. My opponent and I both have a lot of pride. We fight like true Mexican warriors and will leave it all in the ring. I don’t expect this to go the decision but I am ready to battle for every round.
Fans don’t question fights between two Mexican fighters. Everyone loves those kinds of matchups, like Morales-Barrera. Those fights are must watch. The Mexican style is to go head-to-head and toe-to-toe.
Fighting a guy like this is always dangerous. I don’t like to beat up my countrymen but this is a business and I want to have the crowd chant my name, just like he does.
I feel better when I have rest in between fights. Eu me sinto mais forte. The rest has helped my body and I’m going to be stronger and sharper when I get back in the ring.
I’m very comfortable with my style and my team. I’ve known Romulo Quirarte for many many years and we’ve worked very well together.
I got married and we have a child on the way so I have a lot of emotions that I put into this training camp. It’s hard for me to explain in words, but I hope that I can show everyone when I get into the ring on Agosto 27.”
TERRELL Gausha
Each fight I feel like I’ve been growing. I’ve been learning and taking something from every experience in the ring. I’m a student of the game. I’m always training and I feel like I’m getting sharper and better.
I know my opponent is an aggressive fighter. He’ll come forward and he comes to win. I know him from the amateurs where he has a great background like myself. I’m looking to pick him apart and prove myself.
It’s hard for me to describe my style, but I make adjustments to opponents. I fight differently depending on my opponent. I’m a thinking fighter. He’s an aggressive fighter and I think it will bring the best out of me. I’m going to exploit his weaknesses and use his aggression against him.
I just have to be myself. Angulo and Robert Guerrero have a lot of heart, assim como eu faço. My style is my own. I’m smart and I’m sharp. I like to hit and not get hit.
I’ve been watching the Olympics games and catching as much boxing as I can. We already have a medal guaranteed. I love watching all of the Olympics sports.

SANTANDER, PA. (Agosto 4, 2016) – Middleweight world champion Daniel “The Miracle Man” Jacobs (31-1, 28 KOs) will defend his title in a rematch against former world champion Sergio “The Snake Latina” Mora (28-4-2, 9 KOs) que manchetesPremier Boxe dos Campeões em Espigão, Sexta-feira, Setembro 9 from Santander Arena, em Reading, Pa.

Jacobs and Mora met in an August 2015 firefight that saw both men hit the canvas in round one. Mora was floored by a Jacobs right hand but the tricky veteran recovered and caught Jacobs with a clean left that put Jacobs on the ground. The action was halted in round two after Jacobs knocked Mora down again, rendering him unable to continue after fracturing his ankle on his way to the mat.
This is business for me, but it is also more personal than any fight I have ever had,” Disse Jacobs. “Sergio has been using these antics online to get this rematch and he has gotten under my skin. There has been a lot of back and forth as far as people’s opinions as to who would have won the fight had he not gotten hurt. I am looking at this as an opportunity to clarify that I am the real champion. I want to shut his trap in primetime.
I don’t think Jacobs wanted this rematch, but it was destined to happen and now he has to deal with it,” , disse Mora. “I thought the first fight was going my way. I knocked him down in the first round and was out boxing him in the second round. He knows that I have enough power to hurt him. He has more to worry about going into this fight than in the first fight. Look at my resume, I have fought solid opposition. Jacobs doesn’t have that type of resume.
