García (35-2, 21 คอส) is the latest in a long line of great boxers from Philadelphia who have made their mark on the sport. The 25-year-old Fulton (17-0, 8 คอส) has made a rapid rise through the super bantamweight ranks with superb boxing skills, befitting a slick fighter from Philadelphia.
