Combattant américain Nate “Le train” Landwehr (10-2-0, M-1: 2-0-0)), combats de Clarksville, Tennessee, défie le champion poids plume M-1 Challenge Khamzat Dalgiev (10-1-0, M-1: 7-1-0), tandis que le titulaire du titre poids plume M-1 Challenge Movsar Evloev (9-0-0, M-1: 9-0-0) fait sa deuxième défense du titre contre Rafael Dias (15-5-0, M-1: 1-1-0).

 

 

 

Landwehr a fait irruption dans M-1 Global l'année dernière et depuis le début, il est devenu l'un des combattants les plus populaires de la promotion. “Le train” combat un style pas un pas en arrière et commence à échanger des coups de poing avec les adversaires dès les premières secondes du combat. Tous ses combats sont spectaculaires et peu importe comment le combat se déroule, il est toujours prêt à trouver un moment pour éliminer l'adversaire.

 

 

 

Landwehr arrêté Mikhail Korobkov via des coups de poing au deuxième tour à M-1 Défi 83 à septembre. Il a suivi cette performance impressionnante de M-1 Global avec une victoire par décision en novembre dernier sur Viktor Kolesnik à M-1 Défi 85.

 

 

 

Dalgiev (10-1-0, M-1: 7-1-0), d'Ingouchie, est champion pour plusieurs bonnes raisons. Il surfe sur une séquence de 10 victoires consécutives, dont six arrivées consécutives. Novembre dernier, il a profité pleinement de son premier coup de titre, choquer le monde MMA avec un coup sensationnel hors de champion en titre poids plume M-1 Challenge Ivan Buchinger au premier tour à M-1 Défi 86. Dalgiev a cinq soumissions et trois KO sur son record pro, dont cinq finitions au premier tour.

 

 

 

Evloev (9-0-0, M-1: 9-0-0), qui combattra chez lui en Ingouchie, est l'un des champions mondiaux M-1 les plus dominants. Une machine cardio qui a été imparable, il est un combattant extrêmement bien équilibré. Evloev est toujours prêt pour tout ce qui peut arriver dans The Rage, capable de finir son adversaire tôt, ou le torturer pour 25 procès-verbal.

Portland, Maine (Juin 17, 2018) - Combats Nouvelle-Angleterre (NEF) made its return to Portland, Maine on Saturday night with the fight promotion’s latest mixed-martial-arts event, “NEF 34: Home of the Brave.” A jam-packed house of fight fans took in the action as NEF fighters delivered the non-stop excitement from bell to bell in what many are calling one of the best events the company has ever produced.

 

 

 

On a card featuring a total of 18 combats, les juges’ scorecards were not needed until the thirteenth bout of the evening. Avant cette date, the early card featured a plethora of exciting finishes including a pair of D’Arce Chokes courtesy of Angelo Rizzitello (2-1) and Henry Clark (4-4) and highlight-reel knockouts by Cody Rolling (5-5) and Zac Lawrence (1-0). Thirteen of the evening’s fights ended in the first round.

 

 

 

Kam Arnold (4-0) and Killian Murphy (1-1) waged an absolute war for the vacant amateur bantamweight title in what made history as the first amateur fight in Maine to ever go beyond the old three-round limit. Arnold claimed the title with a fourth-round knockout in a bout that will certainly be a contender for “Combat de l'Année” this December when voting begins.

 

 

 

Not to be outdone, Carlton Charles (2-2) and Duncan “le Highlander” Forgeron (3-2) took their amateur welterweight title fight into the fourth round as well. Smith took the gold home after putting Charles out with a rear-naked choke.

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – LFA CEO Ed Soares announced today that the promotion will head east at the end of July with a welterweight world title fight that will headline the promotion’s first event to take place at a U.S. military facility. The live nationally televised event will be part of the 100th Anniversary celebration of Joint Base Langley-Eustis.

The headliner will see undefeated LFA welterweight champion James Nakashima defend his title against undefeated U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Kyle “Gunz Up” Stewart. LFA 46 – Nakashima vs. Stewart takes place Friday, July 27th at the Felker Field Hangar at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Newport News, Virginie. The main card will be televised live and nationwide on AXS TV at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.

Nakashima (8-0) has long been regarded as a special talent. Those prodigious abilities were finally realized by the masses when he was crowned LFA welterweight champion this past fall. His wrestling pedigree, shrewd striking ability, and willingness to learn every aspect of martial arts has made him the undefeated welterweight champion that he is today. The Illinois native and University of Nebraska wrestling standout has taken the 170-pound division by storm since making his professional MMA debut for RFA in 2015. He has defeated opponents that have a staggering combined record of 54-17 with half of those wins coming against undefeated fighters. Now sitting at 8-0 with the LFA welterweight title around his waist, Nakashima is eager to get back in the cage after healing up some injuries. The John Crouch protégé, who trains at The MMA LAB in Arizona, is once again eager to test himself against the best. That next challenge will come against fellow undefeated prospect and #1 contender Kyle Stewart.

 

 

 

Stewart (10-0) has been on a collision course with Nakashima since making his own professional MMA debut in 2015. Les Etats Unis. After alternating results in his first four fights with the promotion, “The Phoenix” will look to rise again at LFA 45. The Wyoming native, who now calls San Diego, California home, has long been considered one of the sport’s top welterweight prospects located in talent-rich southern California. Barnes will look to impress once more in front of a largely pro-Barnes crowd in sunny southern California, but this time around he has upped the ante by signing on to face the biggest name opponent of his career in the main event of LFA 45.

NEW YORK- Juin 4, 2018 - Combate Amériques, the world’s premier Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sports and multimedia entertainment company targeting Hispanics, announced today the appointment of media industry veteran and former NBC Universal executive, Jacqueline Hernandez, as Combate Americas President. She will be based in New York and will report to Campbell McLaren, CEO and Founder of Combate Americas.

Hernandez, working in tandem with McLaren, will oversee the entire business apparatus and P&L of Combate Americas. She will be responsible for driving the company’s continued global expansion, expanding multiplatform distribution channels and geographic regions for the company’s growth plan, negotiating media rights and developing a world-class MMA Sports & Entertainment enterprise and brand name.
