watley (8-1) was considered one of the top lightweight prospects in the sport before signing with LFA earlier this year. His fight résumé consisted of multiple regional titles throughout the east coast and an impressive seven-fight win streak. That earned him an immediate shot at the inaugural LFA lightweight title against the final RFA lightweight champion Thiago Moisés in the main event of LFA 17 en julio. The Maryland native capitalized on that opportunity by shutting down the highly-touted RFA champion on every score card en route to his eighth consecutive victory. Watley now looks to put a stamp on his divisional dominance with his first title defense at LFA 27.
Wilson (7-1) is a home grown Oklahoma talent that made his pro debut for Legacy FC two years ago after competing twice for the organization as an amateur. LOS ANGELES – Bellator MMA is set for its return to Dublin, Irlanda, as undefeated sensation A. J. McKee (9-0) will look to play the role of spoiler against Brian Moore (10-5), a teammate of James Gallagher at Dublin’s SBG, in the featherweight main event of Bellator 187: McKee contra. Moore at 3Arena on Noviembre. 10.

Having previously competed against top-rated competition the likes of Daniel Weichel and Mike Wilkinson, the 30-year-old SBG Ireland standout most recently stopped Michal Horejsi via punches at Bellator 177 este pasado abril. NEF ANNOUNCES MONUMENTAL FIGHT CARD FOR PORTLAND DEBUT

He is the head coach of First Class MMA based in Brunswick, Maine. Herrera, a veteran of both the United States Army and Marine Corps, is looking for his first win since joining the professional ranks two years ago.

The amateur side of the card will feature a total of three title fights. NEF Amateur Heavyweight Champion Mella “El guardián” Gulliver (4-0) will defend his strap against WWE signeeTerrance Jean-Jacques (2-0), mientras Nate Boucher (2-0) y Justin Witham (3-4) square off for the vacant flyweight title. LOS ANGELES - La Monster Energy Bellator MMA Fight Series heads to the legendary Talladega Superspeedway in Talladega, Ala. for its third event on Viernes, Octubre. 13. “COPA COMBATE” will assemble a collection of the most fearsome stars in MMA’s bantamweight (135 libra) división, hailing from the U.S., México, Puerto Rico, España, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru, and will see them battle in La Jaula, la competición jaula de Combate Américas, over the course of three tournament stages – quarterfinal, semifinal and championship – before the eventual winner is crowned.

Palacios, a 30-year-old knockout artist, is riding a six-fight win streak, and is tied with Castaneda for the most wins – six – held under the Combate Americas promotional umbrella. In his last two starts, Palacios earned decisions over UFC veterans Román Salazar y Chris Ávila, respectivamente.

The eight competitors will be separated into four tournament brackets, with the top four fighters given seeded positions based on their worldwide rankings.

Quarterfinal stage opponents for the four fighters will be determined based on a lottery ball drawing that will take place on a date to be announced.
