Shelton, #Va?ingtono (Oktobro 14) – Premier Boxing Champions TOE-TO-TOE Tuesdays on FS1 and FOX Deportes headed to the Pacific NorthwestMardo night from Little Creek Casino Resort with three exciting bouts that culminated with a thrilling heavyweight match up that ended in a split draw.
Gerald Washington (Nun 16-0-1, 11 KOs) controlled the early action with his length and superior boxing ability but the smaller southpaw Amir Mansour’s (Nun 22-1-1, 16 KOs) relentless pressure began to break down Washington as he closed the gap by landing overhand lefts. With the fight up for grabs the two heavyweights traded hard shots in the 10th and final round that led the judges to rule the fight a 10-round split draw scoring the bout 97-93 #Va?ingtono, 96-94 Mansour and 95-95.
I think it’s a terrible decision,” said Washington. “I definitely won the fight. No doubt about it. I won the first four rounds for sure. I rested up a little bit in the middle. The last three or four, he wasn’t even touching me. He was chasing me around. He wasn’t landing any shots at all.
My corner was telling me to just jab and throw straight punches. I was landing all the good shots. He didn’t land any good shots. Why would I do a rematch if they’re going to do me like that? Rigardi lian #viza?o, look at his ear. Look at my face, I didn’t take any punishment. I boxed him smart. He was being aggressive, but I was landing all the shots.
Washington landed some good shots in there, but I landed most of the shots. I kept the fight active,” said Monsour. “I gave the crowd something that they wanted to see. I gave the crowd excitement. That’s why they’re cheering me and they’re booing him. I’m a boxing fan’s boxer.

Washington was a bit awkward, I was just trying to gauge the height difference and after three rounds tops of gauging the distance between him and I, I felt like I started pressing him, forcing the action, landing the most shots, and tearing his body up. He couldn’t take the body punches, he was running out of gas. He didn’t give the crowd a fight. He didn’t give himself a fight and that’s just a poor way of winning the fight or even getting a draw.

The eight-round co-main event saw Cairo, Egypt’s Ahmed Elbiali (Nun 11-0, 11 KOs) control the fight from start to finish as he faced Mariano Hilario(Nun 13-4, 5 KOs) en malpeza superpezula showdown. Despite two-way action throughout the entirely of the bout, Elbiali remained more active, pressing forward while Hilario attempted to land counter punches unsuccessfully. Elbiali remains undefeated after the judges scored the match a unanimous decision in his favor.
En la komenca vico de la vespero, Michael Hunter (Nun 10-0, 7 KOs) outclassed fellow cruiserweight Jason Douglas (Nun 11-6, 4 KOs) dropping him in the second, third and fourth rounds. The first knockdown came at the end of the second round via a strong right hand. The third round saw a barrage of punches again at the end of the round that sent Douglas to the canvas. Fine, en la kvara raŭndo, Hunter battered Douglas until the bell, dropping him for the fourth time via a strong left hook. The ringside physician then called a halt to the contest, following the end of the fourth round.

Ahmed Elbiali, who boosts a 92% knockout ratio, is a few days away from his nationally televised showdown with Ferenc Albert. Hailing from Miami, Florido, Elbiali speaks on his training camp, boxing career and more. Here’s what he had to say.
On facing his opponent Ferenc Albert
I don’t really know much about Ferenc Albert, except for the fact that he’s on a ten-fight winning streak. I know he’s been extremely busy this year, fighting in twelve bouts so far this year. I know he’s coming into this fight with a lot of confidence so this is no easy fight for me. This will be a great fight for the fans because both of us are gunning for a victory.
On having his fight televised live on Premier Boxing ChampionsToe-to-Toe Tuesdays” en Fox Sports…
Fighting on the PBC on Fox Sports cards has been great for my career. I’m constantly staying busy and I’m learning what it takes to fight on a regular basis. The exposure I’m receiving is really getting the fans familiar with my fighting style. Since I’m an aggressive fighter, La “Toe-to-Tuesdaystitle fits me well. I’m always going to be letting my hands go, throwing big bombs, trying to get my opponent out of there. Fans in general want to see the knockout, and that’s what I try to deliver every time I step into the ring.
On his relationship with longtime Trainer Carlos Albuerne
I’ve been with Carlos since my last fight as an amateur. We have a great relationship and I respect him as a coach. He’s got a lot of knowledge. Together we make a great team and he knows how to get the best out of me. He’s always told me that I have the punching power to become a world champion. I’m grateful to have him in my corner.
On his progression as a professional fighter
With each fight I’m learning something new. I know as my career moves along there will be times when I will have to go into deep waters, so I’m continuously working on my boxing skills. Right now I’ve been fortunate to get some early knockouts, but I train to fight twelve rounds. I’m evolving as a fighter and pretty soon I’ll be better-rounded with my boxing abilities.
On working at the training facilityFast Twitchin Miami
Fast Twitchis a state of the art facility with great strength and conditioning coaches. I’ve gained a lot of endurance training there and my stamina is always peaking on fight night. With the training I’m getting atFast Twitch”, I’m always on weight. I love the fact that I’m getting top notch nutrition there as well. It’s a great place to train if you’re a professional athlete.

SAN ANTONIO (Oktobro 6, 2015) – The main event of Premier Boxing Champions on FS1 and FOX Deportes from Cowboys Dancehall in San Antonio, TX saw Jose Uzcategui (24-1, 20 KOs) stop Julius Jackson (19-1, 15 KOs) 45 Sekundoj en la dua rondo. Uzcategui got off to a blistering start, dropping Jackson three times in the first round. Jackson was never able to regain his footing and the fight was stopped before the midway point in the second round.
The opening televised bout featured Argenis Mendez (23-3-1, 12 KOs) scoring a unanimous decision (99-90, 97-92, 95-94) over Miguel Vazquez (35-5, 13 KOs) in a hard fought battle.
The next edition of Toe-To-Toe Tuesdays will take place on Oktobro 13 as Gerald Washington (16-0, 11 KOs) takes on Amir Mansour (22-1, 16 KOs) from Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, WA.
Here is what Ĉi-nokte’s fighters said about their performances:
JULIUS JACKSON
It was a pretty fast start and that was about it. I just got hit and I don’t remember much after that.
We wanted to control the fight with my jab, but he countered well and hurt me. I never recovered after that.
I never thought about holding. I was busy working.
I was trying to pop something in between and got caught.
JOSE UZCATEGUI
Our plan was to go round by round, but sometimes opportunities arise. As soon as I saw I hurt him I took advantage. Speed was the key #?I-nokte.
We didn’t underestimate him at all, but once we saw our advantage after the start I jumped on him.
I knew that he was a great athlete, and a good fighter, so I came out here and did what I had to do. I know what it’s like to have a stumble in the course of my career though, so I hope he doesn’t get discouraged by this. Sed #?I-nokte was mine.
This is everything we’ve been working towards for three months. I want to thank my entire team because they constantly drilled into me that when (Jackson) throws the jab I should immediately shoot the right hand over the top. We knew that the best part of his game was his jab, but we were focused all training camp to throw the right hand and #?I-nokte we were able to do so.
MIGUEL VAZQUEZ
I wanted to pressure him a little more. Unfortunately things didn’t turn out the way we planned because we didn’t get the win.
“Mi sentas bonan, Sed #?I-nokte (Mendez) was a little more technical than I was.
It’s an honor to fight on this card. Mi deziras dankoni Al Haymon. This was huge opportunity for me and my career.
ARGENIS MENDEZ
My plan was to be aggressive, use my jab and break him down every round. Tion mi faris.
I was able to land the bigger, cleaner shots throughout the fight.
He was holding me a lot and using his head. I was trying to do what I could to deal with it, but they were letting him fight.
I want a world title fight next. From this point on people are going to get used to seeing 100% out of me.

LASa VEGAS (Septembro 29, 2015) – Ksavero “El AbejonFortuna (29-0-1, 21 KOs) used a relentless attack to stop Karlo “Twin Dream” Velásquez (19-2, 12 KOs) in the tenth-round and retain his super featherweight world title on Superegaj Boksaj #?ampiono (PBC) TOE-al-piedfingra Tuesdays sur FS1 kaj Boksado Ĉampionoj on FOX Deportes from The Pearl Theater at Palms Casino Resort.
Fortuna blitzed Velasquez from the opening bell, using his awkward-pressure style to open up opportunities to land punches. En la dua raŭndo, Fortuna landed a pair of left hooks that sent Velasquez to the canvas. In that round, Velasquez began bleeding from the nose due to a head butt and may have broken his nose.
Also in that second round, Fortuna injured his left hand and was unable to throw it for much of the rest of the fight. He still proved to be too much for Velasquez however, out-landing him 168-51 while landing almost 40 percent of his punches.
He came out strong once again in the tenth round, landing a series of unanswered shots that prompted referee Russell Mora to stop the fight thirty-five seconds into the round. At the time of the stoppage, the judges’ partituroj estis 88-82, 87-83 Kaj 86-84 all for Fortuna.
En la co-#?efa evento, nevenkitan Super welterweights Domonique Dolton (17-0-1, 9 KOs) Kaj Oscar Molina (13-0-1, 10 KOs) fought to a majority draw in an entertaining, back-and-forth scrap.
Dolton threw more punches than Molina, but Molina landed at a higher percentage and was able to land his power punches over 50 percent of the time. En rondo tri, Molina had his best moments when he wobbled Dolton with a right hand, but Dolton regained his composure and finished the round strong. Both men continued to flurry at moments throughout the remaining rounds and were throwing punches all the way to the final bell.
La juĝistoj’ totals were 95-95 Dufoje kaj 97-93 for Fortuna. En totalo, Dolton landed 145 el 479 punches while Molina landed 134 el 326.
JAVIER FORTUNA
I was just waiting to counter punch Velasquez. The rhythm of the fight was important. I was in control of the fight because I could control the rhythm.
I’ve had this style ever since I was an amateur. I’ve learned more about how to be aggressive and I’ve always tried to press the action throughout my career.
I knew I got him with a good shot when I knocked him down. I hurt my left hand after that but it was just a matter of time until I got him again. I didn’t throw my left too much after that.
I saw his shots coming. I would have taken advantage earlier but I hurt my hand. If I hadn’t hurt my hand, he wouldn’t have lasted five rounds.
I looked at his corner as I was hurting him because I wanted them to know that I could go the full 12 rounds and I wasn’t going to stop until the final bell rings.
CARLOS VELASQUEZ
The head butt, I think broke my nose early in the fight, and it effected my breathing throughout the bout.
I take nothing away from Fortuna, he’s a great fighter. I left everything in the ring and I never quit. I wanted to give it my all and that’s what I did.
DOMONIQUE DOLTON
I knew it was a close decision. It would have been fine either way. Close fight. He landed some shots, I landed some shots. I wouldn’t have been mad either way.
The game plan was to make him miss with the left hand and then get him with the overhand right. I got in there and started overpowering him. I decided to just beast him. I thought I would finish stronger at the end of the fight.
He has really good timing. We’re both technicians. I wanted to make him miss, he wanted to make me miss. He landed some more power shots but I made him work for it at the end.
OSCAR MOLINA
I let it get too close, so I can’t complain about the decision. I’ll go home and watch the fight but right now I can’t complain. The judges saw what they saw.
The game plan was to stay relaxed, but I fell out of the game plan. I hurt him in the third round and it kind of messed me up. I started looking for that one shot to end it. I have to work on staying steady and relaxed.
Dolton had real good foot work, he caught me lunging in. I’ve known him since the amateur days so I know how good he is.
I’m motivated to get back in the gym and start going 20, 30 rounds without getting tired. I got gassed at the end but It’s a learning experience.

Bethlehem, PA (Septembro 22, 2015) – The main event of Superegaj Boksaj #?ampiono Sur FS1 Kaj VULPO Deportes showcased Julian Williams (21-0-1, 13 KOs) as he knocked out Luciano Cuello (35-4, 17 KOs) in the very first round of their contest. At the one minute 33-second mark of the first round Williams proved too much for Cuello.

During a battle that allowed both fighters to appear in control at times, Flores managed to withstand 11 rounds of damage and sealed the deal with a 12Th round knockout over Cusolito.

Jen kion la televidigita batalantoj devis diri pri siaj agadoj:
JULIAN WILLIAMS
I may be the fastest super welterweight in the world, and I’m accurate enough to hit guys when I want to.
I knew I was getting to him early and I just stayed vicious. It was a straight right that I landed on him to end things. I saw his left eye bubble up immediately.
I’ve fought undefeated prospects and former champions. Mi batalos iun ajn. I don’t hate (Aŭstino) Trout at all. He’s just higher ranked than me and one of the guys in my way.
LUCIANO CUELLO
It was a right to the head that ended things. I felt my eye closing up. I felt like I might have been able to continue, but my balance was a little thrown off after he landed the right to my left eye.
I disagreed with the stoppage when I was in the moment, but I’ll go back and watch the fight to take another look at it.
I’ve fought some great fighters in my career, and Williams is as strong as any of them.
MOISES FLORES
I won this fight because of how I prepared. This was all about my preparation and dedication in the gym. I left my home in Mexico and went to Miami for 10 weeks to train for this fight. We didn’t do exactly what we planned, but my conditioning helped me get through this battle #?I-nokte.
I’m very happy to get this interim title, but I want a shot at Leo Santa Cruz next. I’ll go up to 126 pounds to make that happen if he wants.
This was a huge jump for me being on a PBC card and fighting on FS1 and FOX Deportes. Great fighters get this honor and it feels wonderful to be a part of a card like this.
EMANUEL CUSOLITO
I hurt my hand in the second round.
He is a very strong champion. I was fighting hard but the ref thought I had taken too many punches. I could have continued. He is a great champion though. I want to come back and show my skills and heart to my fans from Argentina.
I thought in several rounds, I was going to knock him out, but maybe I was over confident. He has a great chin.
Caleb PLANT
I was relaxed and composed in there #?I-nokte. I had him hurt so I pressed him more, but he’s a tough fighter.
I dropped him in the third with a left hook, and so I used that as a opportunity to pursue him more, but he hung tough.
This is a blessing to be a part of what Al (Haymon) is doing for boxing. Brining it back to free TV is huge. To be involved in something like this so early in my career helps me get great exposure.
JAMAR FREEMAN
“”I couldn’t find my rhythm. I got to him a few times but I didn’t let my hands go.
I am a natural 154 funto batalanto, so he was able to walk me down and walk right through my punches. His power did not get to me at all though.
Caleb is a good fighter. He can go a long way as long as he stays focused. He has real good timing.
