One of the most accomplished and popular fighters to ever come from Hawaii, “Spyder” will make his debut at “ਬੀਕੇਐਫਸੀ 2: A New Era” ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ, ਅਗਸਤ 25 from the Mississippi Coast Coliseum in Biloxi, ਵਿਸਕੋਨਸਿਨ, and live across the United States and Canada on pay-per-view television and streaming.

A Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt, the 6’6″, 35-year-old Maui resident has fought 42 times in his remarkable professional MMA career, with his last nine bouts taking place in Bellator. Inaugural event set for October on worldwide PPV

 

ਸ਼ਿਕਾਗੋ, (ਜੁਲਾਈ 16, 2018) — Combat sports’ newest organization, World Bare Knuckle Fighting Federation (WBKFF), officially announced today that it is fully operational and targeting this October to promote its inaugural professional event, to air worldwide on independent pay per view.

 

 

 

WBKFF principals include CEO Tom Stankiewicz, ਸੀ.ਓ.ਓ & Director of Operations JC and matchmaker Paul Tyler.

 

 

 

The exact date of this historical event, ਸਥਾਨ, complete PPV details, and bouts will be announced during this summer.

 

 

 

“WBKFF will soon become the biggest, most popular in combat sports,” JC predicted. “This all started from our passion for hand-to-hand combat and to give fans what they deserve. WBKFF and fan-friendly will be synonymous. We’re going to give combat sports fans what they want and deserve: integrity, passion and fairness.”

 

 

 

Newly adopted rules including holding and striking, spinning backfists and hammer fists will be used in all WBKFF fights, which will be contested in a traditional boxing ring for optimum viewing and safety. All men’s and women’s matches will feature five (two-minute) ਦੌਰ.

 

 

 

WBKFF has actively scouted and recruited battle-tested veterans and promising prospects alike from boxing, ਮਿਕਸਡ ਮਾਰਸ਼ਲ ਆਰਟਸ, kickboxing, ਮਯੁਏ ਥਾਈ, wrestling and other combat sports disciplines.

After the inaugural June 2 event was held in Cheyenne, Wyoming, this edition of BKFC will be held under the auspices and control of the Mississippi Athletic Commission, headed by Chairman Jon Lewis.

The stacked night of fights will see the return of UFC veteran, and newly-crowned “Queen of Bare Knuckle” Bec Rawlings, who will face professional boxer Britain Hart. The action will also include the semi-final round of the BKFC heavyweight tournament, ਦੇ ਨਾਲ Sam Shewmaker 'ਤੇ ਲੈ ਕੇ Maurice Jackson ਅਤੇ Arnold Adams ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਜੋਏ Beltran.

 

 

 

A veteran of both the UFC and Bellator, Beltran won the heavyweight tournament alternate bout at BKFC 1 when he defeated Tony Lopez in what was widely considered the “fight of the night” by both fans and media. Beltran replaces former UFC Heavyweight Champion Ricco Rodriguez, who has withdrawn from the heavyweight tournament due to injury, but will return on a future BKFC card.

 

Lopez has earned a place on BKFC 2 after his outstanding fight against Beltran and will now face 16-fight Muay Thai fighting veteran Jimmy Jennette.

 

 

 

Set to make their BKFC debuts on this loaded night of fights are Chris Lytle, who has a combined 44 victories as a professional MMA fighter and boxer, ਅਤੇ Charles Bennett, who has had 70 professional MMA fights. Lytle spent eight years fighting in the UFC, and Bennett spent five in Pride FC.

The first legal, regulated and sanctioned bare knuckle event in the United States since 1889, “ਬੀਕੇਐਫਸੀ: ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ,” will air throughout the United States and Canada on pay-per-view through MultiVision Media, Inc., on FITE-TV app and fite.tv on all major television and streaming distribution outlets for $29.99 in 4K. The pay-per-view telecast will feature former boxing world champion Antonio Tarver providing color commentary.

 

 

Headlining the card is former UFC Heavyweight Champion Ricco Rodriguez taking on Pennsylvania’s ਲੇਵਿਸ “ਜਾਨਵਰ” Rumsey in five rounds of heavyweight action, while Lineal Bare Knuckle Boxing Heavyweight World Champion ਬੌਬੀ ਗਨ battles Brazil’s Marcelo Tavares in a seven-round attraction.

 

 

A five-round women’s showdown between “Rowdy” Bec Rawlings ਅਤੇ Alma Garcia will also be featured on the groundbreaking pay-per-view event. A former UFC fighter, Rawlings recorded two wins in UFC among her seven professional MMA victories. The 29-year-old from Brisbane, Australia enters the ring looking to bring her signature aggressive style into bare knuckle boxing. Held under the auspices and control of the Wyoming Combative Sports Commission, headed by Chairman Bryan Pedersen, the card features only established professional fighters who have competed in boxing, MMA, kickboxing or Muay Thai.

 

 

 

BKFC heavyweight tournament action will feature Arizona’s Eric “The American Soldier” Prindle battling Missouri’s Sam Shewmaker, Las Vegas-native ਮਾਰਿਸ “ਗੋਰਿਲਾ” Jackson against Hawaii’s Dale Sopi and Chicago’s Arnold “Bomaye” ਐਡਮਜ਼ competing against California’s DJ “Da Protégé” Linderman in a series of five-round quarter final matchups.

ਫਿਲਡੇਲ੍ਫਿਯਾ, PA (ਜੁਲਾਈ 12, 2017)–ਬੇਅਰ ਨਕਲ ਫਾਈਟਿੰਗ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ (ਬੀਕੇਐਫਸੀ) will hold its first ever open fighter tryouts in Philadelphia, ਇਸ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ,ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ, July 15th, BKFC President and CEO David Feldman has announced.

The open fighter tryouts will take place at the city’s historic 2300 Arena, and provide athletes with the opportunity to earn a professional contract with BKFC.

“We’re rapidly moving towards the launch of BKFC as a fully sanctioned, regulated, and licensed professional combat sport in the United States,” said David Feldman. “Identifying and signing top level fighters are two major steps in moving forward towards bringing bare knuckle boxing out of shadows and into the mainstream.”

In attendance at the open fighter tryouts will be Art Davie, the founder and creator of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, who is now serving as an advisor for BKFC.

“Almost a quarter-century ago, I launched the UFC as a brand-new combat sport, which of course came to be known as MMA,” Davie said. “My vision was to bring back the ancient sport of Pankration with a modern twist. BKFC is following in my footsteps, in bringing back the great history of bare knuckle boxing, and incorporating a modern sensibility.”

BKFC directly follows the lineage of bare knuckle boxing that began in the 18th century under the London Prize Ring Rules (also known as the Broughton Rules), and all-time great fighters such as John L. Sullivan, Jem Mace, and Tommy Ryan.
